We loved our stay at this property! It was clean and neat and had what we needed for our family’s stay. We loved the back deck for post beach chatting and the distance from the beach to walk back in the evening for the sunset.

Our family had an amazing stay here. The house was clean with enough space for the 5 of us (3 adults, 2 kids), and the location was absolutely wonderful, close to everything but very private. We had plenty of linens, hot water, great AC, and efficient washer and dryer. The outdoor deck and yard were so relaxing and enjoyable, and the neighborhood was very calm. Kelly was lovely to communicate with, and I think it is one of the smoothest check in experiences that we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Your house was clean and adorable. My only negative take aways was the living room furniture being outdated and very uncomfortable. I would highly recommend an update to something more comfortable and inviting. Thank you!

Kelly was a great host. The property has a great location given its proximity to Black Point. The house is fairly bare bones--very much has the feel of a short-term rental and is smaller than it appears in the photos (no fault of the host, but just to give renters a sense). The kitchen is OK to prep simple meals like breakfast. The only time we did make dinner there we grilled out and had a bluetooth speaker playing music and the neighbor came over and very angrily told us to turn off the music. Mind you, we were not having a party! I was with my 77 year old mother, my girlfriend, my 8 year old son, and my adult cousin (42). It was also 7:30 p.m. An unfortunate, but perhaps isolated?, incident. The only true downside is the beds. The mattresses are baddddd, as were the thin polyester sheets. But the mattresses were truly dorm-room bad and none of the adults ever slept comfortably through the night as a result. Also it's listed as two queen beds, but it's one queen and one full, which does seem like an important distinction. The upsides are that the place is very clean and generally peaceful and that it's a good location. If you're not too concerned about spending much time in the space and you're not too particular about beds, this could be a good option.

Great location, street is quiet, easy walk to the waters edge, beach is fairly close as well. Well stocked with pots/pans, utensils, spices, etc.
