Our family met here for an event together. Some of our family members stayed nearby in our families cabin. The house was in a perfect location and the setting was beautiful. We found the house to be clean and comfortable. We would stay here again!
This was the perfect place to stay during our trip to Galeton. We went up for the fourth of July and had some ugly weather so it was nice to have a spacious, clean place to stay. Two separate living room spaces came in handy as well as the covered porch to sit out on. Would love to stay again.
This was a wonderful house with a gorgeous setting, and the fire pit; nicely decorated, accommodates a larger group, easy to find, and the host was very quick at getting back to us. Would love to stay here again.
House was just as advertised. Communication with the owner was very responsive and he made things very easy! Will definitely stay here again when visiting the area! Great time was had by all!!
We really enjoyed our July 4th weekend. The house and property are quiet and peaceful. We went to the nearby town of Galeton and enjoyed a spectacular fireworks show on Saturday! The people in town are so friendly.
The property is clean, nicely decorated, well equipped and sits on beautiful spot over looking a pond. Conviently located to state parks with nice trails. The Pa Grand Canyon was fun to explore. Nice getaway from hustle and bustle. Plenty of space for large group to relax comfortably. Would love to see all 4 seasons here!! Would definitely return if going to the area again.
Property was well maintained and as described. Just as pictured. Host was a pleasure to deal with and communicated well and in a timely manner. Would rent again if the need arised.
We spend 10 days trout fishing every spring. This year we stayed at Crippen Run.The place was very nice, and the location was perfect for getting to any stream in Gods country.I would definitely stay again.Chad was a pleasure to deal with.
My family and I had a wonderful time in Galeton PA, the location was everything we wanted and hoped for. Chad was very helpful and we again had an amazing time! We will definitely revist in yhe future.
This old farmhouse has been newly renovated. The pictures show everything as newly renovated and that’s exactly what we arrived to see. It was clean, updated, and a great space for multiple families. The host was great and delivered on everything! I Would highly recommend reserving a stay here if traveling through the area!
Stayed for a long weekend and had an absolute blast. Not far from Cherry springs, where we had amazing views of the Milky Way. Also took a trip to the PA Grand Canyon which was beautiful. Property had everything we could have asked for, great bedrooms, well setup kitchen, a fire pit for making s’mores. The landscape is beautiful, and we spotted wildlife crossing each day. We had a great stay, and I would definitely stay here again.
This was a great house to get away from life’s fast pace. The property was gorgeous and just like the pictures. Only complaint is be prepared with what you need… there’s only a dollar general and a small shop and save about 15 mins away. Good for getting food and small things, but definitely not everything. We would definitely stay here again.
We had such a great time! Property was immaculate, communication with the owner was easy and he was very responsive! Slight issue with water pressure but expected for an older farmhouse. Overall - we intend to return and make this an annual trip! The town of Galeton and residents were very friendly. Local stores to get the supplies needed. Stargazing was like nothing we’d ever seen before! Highly recommend!
Overall all good. However seen stained coffee cups. The trash can was not operative.
