Very pleased with our stay! No complaints at all! Fully stocked with all household needs, which was great! Beds were comfy and all spaces were clean. Location is ideal. Close to a street with restaurants and beaches were fairly quiet! We would definitely be back should we head back to Ventura! Thank you to the hosts for the impeccable communication!

Spring break at the dog beach

Just delightful! Steps to the sand and the doggy beach. We had such fun. Plenty of easy bikes rides around town. Comfortable, easy and eeek appointed. I loved the fire places. I would definitely stay there again

Perfect rental and perfect location

My family and I had an AWESOME stay! We knew it would be close to the sand, but not literally seconds to the sand. It was perfect. It is perfectly located. Walking distance to ice cream, restaurants, etc. It was probably the cleanest rental we have ever been to. We had 6 people total and 1 dog. There was more than enough room. No rental is perfect, so there are only 3 things that we had "issues" with (that weren't even really issues, just inconveniences): no measuring cups in the kitchen for cooking, couldn't get the jets to work in the master bath up stairs (but the deep tub was still great for soaking), and the skylight in the upstairs master bedroom shines right on the bed in the morning with no way of blocking the sun. BUT, those 3 things are so minor there is no way we wouldn't stay here again. We 1,000x's recommend this house and can't wait for our next trip. You can tell the owner takes pride in her rentals!!!!!!

Location is great, easy access, good views, reasonable checkout requirements, would consider staying again. First and second floor of unit are quite nice, good amenities (e.g. beach towels, tvs in rooms)Garbage outside when we arrived.Instructions for the fireplace are not accurate at all. Very aggressive signs and notices not to flush anything besides toilet paper but no garbage can in the third floor bathroom (or third floor office/bedroom) so I guess you are supposed to just walk around the house with any used feminine products or used bathroom wet wipes. Probably not as big of a deal as it feels like but worth noting. Microwave does not work.No door to third floor/loft so noise is problem

I could sit on the front balcony all day long.

Very clean, pet friendly home with a wonderful view of the ocean! Nice bed rooms with great beds. I am a senior, so I stayed in the downstairs bedroom with only nine stairs up to the next floor where the kitchen and living rooms are located. The duplex is on a very friendly and quiet street. I would definitely stay here again. Had a wonderful time. Thank you Lisa and thank you for ask answering my questions so quickly.
