- This home is located in a VERY quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Quiet hours of 9PM-7AM are strictly enforced.
- No smoking of any type is permitted on our property, inside or outside. Any evidence of smoking left behind will result in fees charged to guest.
- No pets or animals are permitted.
- Occupancy is strictly limited to guests on the reservation. No additional visitors are permitted.
6 guests sleep comfortably in provided beds, we do have a pullout couch that can sleep an additional 2 if needed. We also have a small pack n play available.
- Garage parking is limited to guests booking 30+ days.
- There is one step onto the porch, the house is a ranch-style single level.

The entire single-level home and fully fenced yard are yours to enjoy. Enter privately via self check-in with a lockbox.

Free parking is available on the premises and on the street. Garage parking is limited to reservations of 30 nights or longer.

Two Roku TVs are provided; use your own login information for the streaming services of your choice. Cable is not provided.

A propane grill and additional propane are available for guest use. Please use the grill with care, clean it after use, and take care of any grease spills.
