Door code was wrong and it worked for someone else’s door and I waited a long time for someone to answer and get me in, then he had to change the other person’s code which also waited an hour when she checked in to get in her apartment. He said it was Vrbo communications delay. Walls are thin for noise, but after I got in it went very good.

I booked this place because the pictures looked great, but when I arrived I was shocked to see the outside conditions. It was extremely run down with the front door to the apartment building wide open and over 10 people just sitting outside on the steps. I was traveling alone and too scared to stay there. I reached out to the host to start a conversation about canceling my reservation and they never replied. I drove by the next day to check the place out again and there were several homeless people on the property grounds. I do not recommend staying here—very sketchy area and the owner did not accurately depict that in his listed. The outside of the complex should be required in the listing.

Gorgeous interior

The only downside was finding places for my service dog to explore and go to the bathroom. It was near food, gastation, books, groceries, and coffee.

I will preface my review that the apartment itself had no issues, it was clean, and spacious, had all appropriate things you may need. The bad: The neighbors are incredibly noisy at all hours of the day and night, i was awoken multiple times in the middle of the night to hammering, drilling and power saws, (perhaps there is remodeling happening?) but why this is going on at 1:30 in the morning im not sure. There are constantly large groups of people coming and going. Nothing of safety concern just simply a very loud and busy little building considering there are only 3 apartments.
