We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean, well equipped, and offered beautiful ocean views from every floor. We loved the easy beachfront access and short walk to nearby restaurants. We had an amazing family vacation at the beach! The view is amazing and being able to walk out the back deck and be right on the beach can't be beat. Mike was a wonderful host and any questions we had were answered promptly. I can't recommend this property enough...we wud definitely be back next time we come to Bethany!

Great beach house

Beautifully decorated, spacious apartment/terrace house on three floors directly on a quiet, wide, private beach. You simply walk down from the terrace and you can enjoy a wonderful swim or take a nice walk to a cool beach bar (Big Chill). The balconies on each floor are great and with a bit of luck you can see dolphins swimming past. We spent a wonderful and relaxing week here in August and would come back in a heartbeat.

The home was lovelier than the pictures. Mike’s townhouse was comfortable, clean, felt like a real home. The location was spectacular and we loved the 3 levels of decks and being right on the beach. Mike also responded immediately when we had a question. We will be back.

Ocean views & Serene Sunrises

Nestled on a private beach front, this three level well appointed home offers spectacular ocean views. We vacationed during early October and the weather was amazing! The 1st and 2nd floor screened-in and 3rd floor open balconies offer amazing views of the ocean, serene sunrises, and tranquil sunsets. It’s a pristine location for sea shell collectors and those seeking the rhythmic sounds of ocean waves. Looking forward to our next stay!!

Amazing beachfront week!

We had an incredible time here during our week at the beach. The house is extremely clean, beautifully decorated (but not overly so with breakable things everywhere—a huge plus if you have young kids!), fully stocked (there’s three different types of coffee machines for every type of coffee drinker), and just overall comfortable. It really felt like home for a week, and not like we were in some austere hotel room. We ate as many meals as possible on the screened in porch, splashed in the sunset tidal pool, and watched the dolphins everyday from the beach. It’s truly an oasis! Mike and Haley were wonderful to communicate with and we had no issues during our stay. We can’t wait to come back.
