Very nice place clean , neat , outside landscaping , concrete , stonewalls very nice .. can tell owner is in the trades .. Need to leave charcoal , or instructions for grille … would stay again next year for our weekly stay !!
My family and I stayed at this property for a weekend while in town for a football Tournament. The property was even better than described! The home was beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you would need for a home away from home. The views from each side of the property were spectacular and we loved being able to have a bonfire out back and soak in all the wild life around .
Scott & Candy were excellent hosts. The place was impeccably maintained and well furnished. The surrounding area is wooded with lots of wildlife to view. I would highly recommend this place!
This property was just what my husband and I needed for a quick getaway. Bed was comfy, shower felt amazing and the whole house was up to date. We enjoyed watching the wildlife meander by and the peacefulness of the setting. It was just a short drive to anything we wanted to get to and easy to find what we wanted in Charleston.
House was really comfortable and clean with a ton of space. Furniture was comfortable as were the beds and it has a well appointed kitchen. It is on the property that the owners also live on but is it's own seperate house. Great place for pets. They have a well lit gated area that pets can use to do their business. There are several deer who are regular visitors that are fun to watch. The house is a little off the beaten path but once you have come and gone a few times, it's pretty easy to get to and from anywhere you might want to go. I'd definately stay there again if planning to be around Charleston for several days.
The House was everything we wanted and needed. Totally equipped in the kitchen. Beautiful home. Owners were fantastic to work with. We will absolutely stay there again!
We had a great experience staying here. We could have gotten out and done more things, but the sofa was so comfortable it was difficult to motivate. Private, spacious and easily accessible. The hosts are prompt to respond, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
As we drove through the neighborhood upon our arrival we were a bit hesitant. The Vrbo proved to be as represented. The kitchen was well stocked. Very clean. One suggestion might be a sign indicating the rental is the second house on the property. We would stay here again.
Stay for granddaughter and husband’s gender reveal party. Needed a stay which allowed our small dog. Absolutely beautiful setting. Quiet and peaceful. Close to all amenities. Rental was well supplied. Would not hesitate to rent again.
Beautiful property. The house was stocked with essentials and very clean. The host and his family were very welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We enjoyed watching the deer roam the property in the evening. We will be back.
My partner and I had a lovely stay. The house was quite large and we had ample privacy and room for our two dogs. We did not spend a great deal of time at the property as we did quite a bit of hiking and sightseeing, but it was perfect for what we needed. We did appreciate and enjoy the small fire pit out back on several nights and even spotted several deer along the tree line of the property. Overall, the home was beautiful and not far from local shops and restaurants. I will say we were a bit taken aback by the view from the back of the property - a lot of construction materials and other items. We would have really loved to enjoy the scenery of the beautiful trees and forest surrounding the property without the distraction of discarded building materials. Again though, the home itself was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and private.
