Escape to the mountains and stay in comfort in this brand new 3 bedroom/ 2 bath house in Buena Vista. Bathe in the beauty of Mt. Princeton and several other of Colorado's "14ers" or get out and climb them yourself.
Buena Vista is a playground for outdoor adventurers!! Excellent hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, whitewater rafting/kayaking, and skiing will keep you busy. Unwind in the hot springs~ Mt. Princeton 8 miles away and Cottonwood 5 miles away.
Sleep great with Cozy Earth bamboo sheets in the primary and second bedrooms. Enjoy gathering and grilling on the large deck or cook in the fully stocked kitchen.
Adorable Main Street Buena Vista is just 1.5 miles away. Enjoy a stroll along Main Street just 3 block away - pop in local shops, delight in delicious restaurants, or grab a cold one at Eddyline Brewery, The Jailhouse Craft Beer Bar or The Lariat with tons of live music!
**There is an apartment below the house with a full-time resident living there. We ask our guests to be respectful of the tenant and the neighbors and agree to the Quiet Hours from 10pm-7am.

Wonderful vacation home

This home was perfect for my family! Very spacious home, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen making cooking very easy and great area! Just minutes from downtown Buena Vista and not too far from Salida! We had a wonderful stay and would rent here again! Owners were very easy to reach and responded quickly!! Overall a fantastic vacation!!!

Exceeded Expectations

We absolutely loved our stay here! We received great communication in advance, including a personal text message on the day of check in. No keys to pick up or anything like that, simply had to put in a code for the front door. The property is new and clean and furnished very nicely. Enough to feel homey but not too much where it starts to seem like clutter. Everything was nice quality - towels, bedding, shampoo, etc. We would stay here again and we highly recommend! It was perfect for 6 people.

We are Dania and Hans Guth. We live in Conifer, Colorado and currently have a townhouse in Denver that we've been hosting travelers in since 2017. We fell in love with Buena Vista several years ago and recently built this house so we can enjoy hiking 14ers and the Colorado Trail, soak in the hot springs, and raft the Arkansas River. We decided to share it with other people this year (2023).

Why they chose this property

We love the neighborhood because we have fantastic views of Mt. Princeton. It's super close to Mt. Princeton Hot Springs, Cottonwood Hot Springs, and only 1.5 miles from the sweet little town of Buena Vista. The people are so friendly and down to earth.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because there is a small apartment downstairs with a separate entrance. We have a full-time local resident living in the apartment. We like that we can provide local housing at the same time as we welcome out-of-town guests to enjoy our lovely and comfortable house.
