Lake & Deck living at its BEST! 108ft of waterfront living. Enjoy quiet conversation as the sun sets. Fire up the grill and settle down to an al fresco dinner under the stars, float in the lazy cove, bring your boat and jet ski(s) or bring the gathering in to the fully equipped kitchen, long serving buffet, real wood fireplace and large dining room. Plenty of room for the kids to head up the spiral staircase and hang out. Walden Golf Club just down the street w/some of the best golf in Houston.

Thank you for your interest in my home. It is peaceful, shaded by giant beautiful trees--an oasis to relax and enjoy lake Conroe. This home is set up for families and boat/lake lovers, no loud parties allowed. Please be mindful of our neighbors.

The boat lift and 2 jet ski lifts.
Other things to note
Absolutely no party allowed!

No loud music (outdoor) after midnight.

No car should block the roundabout (safety escape) front of the house.

Please let me know if you’re bringing a boat & trailer. So I can issue a parking sticker for the trailer at the boat dock.

You understand that swimming, boating/jet ski-ing and the use of kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, boating/jet ski-ing and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, boating/jet ski-ing and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, boating/jet ski-ing and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, boating/jet ski-ing or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, operates a boat or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, boating/jet ski-ing or using the kayaks. All VRBO Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.

Beautiful home with many amenities. Great communication with the host. Fully stocked kitchen, with many spices!! Great location. It happed to me a week where the immediate neighbor is working on building a deck, so it was kinda noisy during the day. However, we were able to enjoy many quiet and peaceful moments.

Just returned from our stay and we had the most fun and relaxing time. The owners were quick and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The house was lovely and well stocked. The kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed swimming off the dock and playing pool. Thank you again for sharing your home with us; we can't wait to visit again!

Great family weekend

Great accommodations. We had eleven of our family members present and everyone was able to find something to do. Lots of room and close to other activities in the area. We enjoyed fishing and boating on the lake. We also enjoyed the community pool.

Awesome house on the lake!

We had a fantastic time. The house offered all of the necessary amenities, and the outdoor space was excellent. The house was very clean and communication with the host was very easy. Would absolutely stay here again!

Lake Home close to wedding venue

The home and accommodations were excellent with everything needed for our group of 10. My only thing I need to point out is mainly towards previous and future guests. The flooring has areas that are buckled and coming up from my guess is previous tenants not properly drying off before walking on the laminates. Enjoy the water and kayaks but please have courtesy for home owner and dry off before walking inside.
