Property was a nice place to stay, love the proximity to the beach. The kitchen and living room were great gathering spaces, and there was plenty of room for us and our extended family.

The home was very clean and nothing felt cheap (hate when you stay somewhere and it feels like they raided a garage sale) felt very open with lots of natural light! Great location and near the beach for added convenience. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our saying they had everything we needed. They had extra bedding for a little one to sleep on the floor, the kitchen was really ready for use, they were very good communicators and responders. All in all is what you’d want it to be, which is an easy stay.

Home is lovely and clean however the listing said 3 rooms but technically there are only two so unless you’re ok with pull outs then only 2 couples It’s clean and appx 3 blocks from moonlight beach

Fantastic Rental!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We have rented many properties around Encinitas and this is the cleanest one so far. The house was spacious, quiet and the kitchen was well equipped. Everything is in close walking distance and yet the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Highly recommend!

Close to what mattered

Decent place, had the essentials. The kitchen area could have been a little cleaner. The shower/tub on the main floor is very high to step into.
