Hi: I am disappointed that you did not enjoy your time on Navarre Beach. If you look at our listing photos, you will see the view from the balcony shows it is across the street from the beach. Navarre Beach is called "Florida's most relaxing beach" because it is not full of commercial entities like shops and restaurants. There are some local restaurants and several grocery stores just over the bridge to the mainland. If shops and restaurants are more your thing, then I suggest heading east to Fort Walton Beach or Destin. The beaches of Navarre are the same white-sand beaches found from Panama City to Pensacola.

Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed the serenity surrounding this area and all it has to offer. To address some issues, our couch was a high-end purchase in June of 2019 and, also, one of our favorite pieces, meant for a nice relaxation area for up to 4 people enjoying a movie or something together. It was not bought with the intention of formality but for comfort and relaxation. There is a lovely view, perfect for morning coffee while watching the day unfold. As with any west-facing view, you will want to close the blinds throughout the day as you enjoy the beach. When you come back late afternoon, the temperature will be perfect. That will allow you to enjoy A/C comfort throughout the unit. We did replace both bedroom fans after your review to ensure excellent airflow. We are sorry for the inconvenience of the dresser drawer and that has been fixed. As far as the kitchen, it is fully stocked with all kitchenware/utensils/pots/pans/coffee bar, etc. Our guests usually buy the things they need as far as aluminum foil and plastic wrap/bags when shopping for their groceries. We used to provide spices but were advised against this. In terms of any building next door, over the past 15 years, developers have considered the property, but nothing has materialized. For now, cheers to a beautiful sunrise and sunset respite! Again, thank you for your time and for being our guest. We desire to meet and exceed the needs of all of our guests, therefore, we value your input greatly and will try our best to improve upon it.
