Amazing place. So close to the college and so close to the best chai I’ve ever had in my life. Really quiet but really close to everything. Beautiful views. Small but had everything I needed. Walking distance to Safeway. Would absolutely stay here again
I stayed at this property while helping my daughter move out of her dorm. It was clean and well appointed and very close to everything. I would definitely stay here again!
This apartment is in a great neighborhood, perfect location for getting to the mountains for hiking or downtown for shopping and restaurants. I was traveling alone and felt completely safe and comfortable here. The bed is very comfy and I loved the large tub for a soak after hiking. Parking is on the street, but I never had a problem, there was always a spot available.
This studio apt is in a renovated historical home converted to a 4-plex. Some older charms remain like the gas stove, kitchen sink, radiator, and clawfoot tub (but no plug). It’s in a great location with easy access by car to downtown, Garden of the Gods, the Olympic Paralympic museum, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, and great hikes. On weekdays, the traffic noise is greater, but during the weekend, it was very quiet. The bed is springy and moderately comfortable. I reported 2 issues to the property manager: a broken silverware drawer and lack of hot water. I was unable to shower comfortably during my stay. Hopefully those items will be fixed for the next guests. The fridge sits on a tray and the fridge door scrapes along the tray when opening and closing, a minor irritation. Overall, a good stay.
We stayed for several nights in order to be part of an event at Colorado College. The studio was very comfortable for two people and kitchen/bathroom well equipped. Katie was great with communication.
Was a very nice intro for our first time ever at a VRBO. Safe and centrally located for our needs. Lots of details were present with the amenities. Very quiet—we could not hear through the walls at all. Enjoyed the shady porch and walking around in the old North End neighborhood.
My 8th grader was invited to a camp at the Olympic Training Center. Since he was saying at OTC, I reserved this small and cute studio for myself. It has nice views, is walkable to tons of great places (yummy walkable coffee at Switchback and Good Neighbors). Hosts were responsive and it was a positive experience!
Stayed here while me and my fiancee were apartment hunting in Colorado Springs— not only was it the cutest little studio apartment, but also the hosts were fantastic! Very private, and when we inevitably left things there (darn my memory…) the hosts mailed them to us. Only 5 minutes from downtown, easy access, great area. Thank you!!
This studio is just perfect for 1-2 people who want to be close to Colorado College or downtown. Walkable! Easy parking! Stocked with coffee and delightful personal products! Lovely front porch for reading and admiring Pike's Peak. Communication was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back!
