Things to Note: Home is located in a quiet family neighborhood with lots of street parking. Like most of Waco, this neighborhood is a mixture of old and new homes. There are quite a few older homes, some rundown, some needing some TLC, but it is fun to drive around and see all the potential "Fixer Uppers" that Chip and Joanna might hit up next.

Fantastic stay in Waco

We had an incredible stay in Waco! The property was incredibly well stocked, clean, and looked just like the listing. Staying in a beautiful, curated space like this was just the breather we needed for the weekend. The fenced backyard and patio were wonderful for our 1.5 year old and dog.

Waco retreat

We went to Waco for our first time, visited Cameron park, Mammoth Museum, Magnolia Mkt and a few local eateries. Steel Magnolia was very cute, clean, comfortable, quiet & conveniently located. The hostess was very responsive with a couple issues. They do need to fix the hot water pressure for the kitchen sink and mow the lawn to make it a real 5-Star experience.

This was a fun little place to stay, in a great location. Decorated well! The flooring, especially in the bathroom, is a little uneven. If you know that going in it’s not a huge deal. Enjoyed our stay!
