Host allowed for early check in. Decent space to hang out in kitchen/living room as a group. Few bathroom towels smelt like cigarette smoke. Water filter on fridge needed to be changed.

This house in Ankney was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room to spread out when we wanted but also for us to come together and watch movies, put puzzles together and eat meals we prepared. It had everything we needed. The communication with the owners was great and they responded quickly to any message we sent. Outside of the house, the neighborhood and area was great. There were walking paths, a grocery store close and plenty of fun places close enough to keep us busy.

We loved the house. Having the deckto enjoy the weather was an added plus. It was plenty big enough for 9 adults and two kids. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Located close to a Hyvee and other restaurants made it easy to shop.

Our stay was amazing. We knew we needed 2 nights, and could possibly end up needing 4. I messaged our host about our situation and he was more than accommodating. When we arrived, the house felt so cozy and welcoming. It was very clean, plenty of towels, utensils, everything you would need for a home away from home. My daughter asked if we could move there! It was spacious enough for our family of 5, in a very nice neighborhood. Close enough to the city to go shopping and exploring in just a few minutes, but far enough to not be congested with traffic. I would definitely recommend this house (and host!) to anyone coming into the area.
