This property is outstanding!! First, the house is in a secured area with a guard at a gate when entering the area. Next, the property is located near a Walmart, numerous restaurants, and all the Disney parks. The house was extremely clean and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. In addition, there is a swimming pool and hot tub in the backyard. It was easy to initally correspond with the host and later the on-site manager. I would highly recommend this property.

This house is absolutely beautiful and fun for the kids. When we arrived and opened the door, the kids moods completely changed. It’s very welcoming and the beds and couch is so comfortable. Has a great water park at the front of the neighborhood that is included in your stay but if your not in the mood for people. This home also has a private pool and hot tub. Worth the stay. I have no complaints. Thank youAllen Family

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at this phenomenal property. While we had several days at the Disney parks, our days spent “resting” were just as much fun! The home was beautifully decorated with ample room for all of us. We enjoyed being able to relax in the pool and hot tub. Having the three grandchildren it was certainly a bonus also having the playground right next door. Richard & Jeanne were so pleasant to work with, keeping open communication from the start of our planning until after our trip. We all certainly plan to continue making more memories at this home in the future.

We really appreciated the theming of this property, which added to the overall fun experience. We also loved the living room couch. While different from the listing photos, it was much more comfortable & a great place to relax after long park days.Unfortunately, we experienced several maintenance & cleanliness issues. The pool was dirty upon arrival, the filter was not running, sediment remained throughout our stay, there were weeds everywhere & the pool nor hot tub never heated despite following the instructions. The outdoor couch cushions were severely moldy, making the outdoor space largely unusable the entire trip except swimming. Outdoor space is a key in our booking decisions; this was a significant disappointment & not remedied during our stay. We sat on the brick around the pool instead. We also found mouse droppings & dead bugs upon arrival. We understand insects are common in Florida, but finding multiple dead bugs immediately after check-in raised concerns about the thoroughness of cleaning performed before our arrival. The refrigerator struggled to maintain temperature after we purchased groceries, & the air conditioning appeared to be turned off remotely each day, leaving the house uncomfortably hot when we returned. Finally, on our last day, we witnessed chemicals being sprayed around the pool deck where us & our children had been sitting, which raised serious safety concerns. Overall, it's clear this property needs additional attention, given our experience.

House was great, spacious enough that 10 people weren't on top of each other, but not so big that we weren't able to spend quality time together. Everyone having their own bathroom was amazing! Pool was great, hot tub only stays hot when it's "on" - but it was great. Location to the playgorund for the littles was amazing (right next door). Would definately stay there again!

Absolutely Perfect – Would Book Again in a Heartbeat! We had an incredible stay at this property and can’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The home is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, and even better than the photos show.Highlights:• Cleanliness: Immaculate – probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. Fresh linens, sparkling bathrooms, and no dust or issues anywhere.• Comfort: Beds were extremely comfortable, plenty of towels and pillows, strong Wi-Fi, and the AC/heating worked perfectly.• Host Communication: Richard was fantastic – super responsive, provided great local recommendations. We felt right at home the entire time and truly hated to leave. This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back. If you’re considering this rental, book it with confidence – you won’t be disappointed!Thank you again for an amazing stay!
