Everything was great. It was walking distance to Beale St, the Mississippi River, and places to eat. The host answered all our questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend this property if Beale Street is your primary reason for visiting

This property was very nice. It was walkable to most of the things we wanted to do in Memphis. It was also very clean. The only drawback was there was no mention of the 2 sets of stairs in the condo which made it a bit challenging for my husband with fresh knee replacements. The address was a bit confusing but we figured it out. The gated garage area was a bonus. We would definitely book this space again when visiting. The host was amazing.

The location was perfect walking distance to Beale Street. So much history in the immediate area It was great. Host was responsive and the place was very nice. We appreciate the accommodations.

The house was just a quick 5 minute walk to Beale Street and a couple minutes more to the FedEx Forum. Great location.Was good to have a garage to park the car in. No complaints about the accomodations. Kitchen, living room and toilet on second floor. Two bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms, and laundry closet on 3rd floor.Only comment is that it would be nice to either have some coffee pods or packets of coffee plus some milk available. There were some English tea bags, which I assume were left from a previous guest.

Very nice house in the centre of the city. Great location and nice house, although a little small for 7 of us. It should be clear that 6 people max. Otherwise lovely place to stay.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Everything was great from start to finish. Check-in was incredibly easy, and the communication was excellent. The location was perfect… we loved being so close to Beale Street and everything we wanted to see and do. Having a garage was a bonus and something we really appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely recommend your place to others visiting Memphis. Thank you again for your hospitality!

The property was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well. Overall everything was in good repair but there was a light switch on the stairwell that didn't work properly and several of the faucets had the hot and cold reversed plus a light bulb did not work in one of the showers. Great location. Easy walking to Beale Street, Rendezvous BBQ, sporting events etc. Parking was very safe with a two-car garage behind a gate. I recommend this property but one other thing to know is that the sofa bed is not much bigger than a twin bed. Great for two kids but don't put two adults in it.

Great location! Host and housekeeper really helpful and nice. 2 things to keep in mind. 2 sets of stairs for guests to get up and down. The longer staircase is to the bedrooms and they are somewhat steep. One of our guests was elderly and had no choice, but to sleep on the futon on the 2nd. Level. Also, there is a lot of club noise and dragsters, which kept us up all night. We were there on the wknd., not sure if it's worse then, but definitely impacted our stay. So if you are looking for a great location, noise at night doesn't bother you and 2 sets of stairs aren't a problem....this is for you! Seniors and light sleepers, look elsewhere.

5 Star location for anyone wanting to stay near the heart of downtown. Both our host Ryan, and Sharon, his property assistant were quick to answer any and all questions that we had before and during our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone and this property is #1 on our list next time were planning a trip back to the Memphis area!!

Parking was secure. Place was clean.we did not cook. forgot to take out garbage.dishes in dish washer were there when we got there, never needed to use. Shower in king room backed up and drained very slowly.
