Very nice house! It was perfect for our group. Spacious and located in a great area. The host was very responsive to messages any time we had a concern or question. If we come back to Rehoboth in the future, we'll look at staying here again!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home. It was just as described with plenty of room for all 9 of us - 6 adults and 3 babies. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Each group had their own space. The kitchen was well equipped with essentials. So great to have access to a beach wagon, chairs and umbrella. Julie replied promptly to our questions before arrival, so no issues once we arrived. Walking distance to a lovely pool and fitness area. Would definitely recommend. Will be considering for next year.

First family vacation

Great place, the upstairs was a little confusing with the layout for 4 adults and 5 kids but we made it work.

Julie's home is beautiful and very clean, There was more than enough room for everyone. The house is not far from Rehoboth boardwalk and beach and the Tanger outlets are literally right down the street. Julie was immediately responsive to us when we outreached to her and resolved any issues or answered questions we had. One thing to keep in mind, if you have Walmart Plus and want to plan a grocery delivery to free up some time, the Rehoboth Walmart is not a Supercenter, but that has nothing to do with the house :) I will book again. Thanks for having us, Julie!

Great Big Family Vacation Home

Large home with plenty of space for a big family with children. Loved the covered outdoor space and even though it wasn’t on the beach, it was very close and nearby stores and restaurants. Would absolutely stay again :)

Great family vacation

We enjoyed the location, the screened-in porch, and the well-sized bedrooms. There’s do much provided in the garage for use at the beach if we had wanted it. Loved the pool and playground!

Great house in a great location

This was our first time staying at this house but we usually stay in the Grande at Canal Pointe neighborhood due to it’s proximity to pretty much everything. The house was huge and had plenty of room for our smallish party of 6. It had everything you would need for the week for a great vacation at the beach. We’d highly recommend the property for a family vacation

Nice place

The owner did her best to correct several issues. Overall this is a very nice house. It’s sparsely but adequately furnished and comes with a bunch of bicycles, some of which needed adjustments, and beach gear. We enjoyed our stay.

Thanks for your review Geoffrey. Staying one month in my home with your family it was great to get feedback from you. I am gad I could take care of all the issues most guests do not catch and only a homeowner would. So glad you had a great stay at the house.

Nice house

it was a lovely house, very comfortable. The few negatives were poor air conditioning in bedrooms, and impossible task of laundering all the sheets and towels for an 11am checkout

Response from VrboOwner on 3 April 2020
Please note; an additional air conditioner is in the 5th room upstairs which typically creates enough cool air in the room/house. There are ceiling fans and standing fans in each room as well if, needed. I let all guests know check out is at 11am and all sheets/towels need to be washed/dried prior to departure. Guests are also able to bring their own sheets/towels.
