The entire house is for rent, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, very recently built!
The house is in an unbeatable location near Royal Jubilee Hospital and just minutes to downtown inner harbour. Carnarvon Water Park is just a few blocks away. The property is also right on a major bike route that leads straight downtown in one direction, and the other direction takes you right to the big, beautiful & sandy Willows Beach in Oak Bay.
The master bedroom is on the main floor and is wheelchair-accessible with an en-suite bathroom (no bathtub, shower / sink / toilet only.) There is also a half bathroom (toilet + sink) on the main floor. The other 3 bedrooms are on the upper floor with 1 full bathroom with sink, toilet, and combination Tub / Shower.
The house has a nice south-facing backyard with a patio, outdoor table & 4 seats, and a BBQ. Free parking on premises available.

The main floor features step-free access at both the front doorway & master bedroom doorway, a flat smooth pathway to the entrance & master bedroom, a lit path to the entrance at night, and a large parking spot. The upper floor with the other 3 bedrooms and main full bathroom is not wheelchair-accessible as it requires stairs to reach.
