Enjoy hiking and long nature walks right out the back door. See wildlife playing in front and back yards as well as nearby ridges up close with provided binoculars! No homes right next door here. Explore the land, mesa and beyond, including small, 100-120+ year old cemetery, waterfalls and 2 rivers within short walking distance.

Where else can you play a round of golf in the morning in a light sweater, and downhill ski later that afternoon?
