Lovely property, we had a great stay! Had everything we needed when we walked in the door. The host even replaced some missing outdoor cushions during our stay. The pool was fantastic. we brought our own jetskis, having the docking station available was a bonus. Had to learn about the tides to get in and out and about the wildlife refuge that we weren’t allowed to go through but what a beautiful area. We used the kayaks almost daily and saw something new every time we went out.

Great Stay in Ramrod Key

The location was great. The neighbourhood was quiet. Close (walking distance) to Boondocks and weekly market, Tiki Bar and 5 Brothers grocery for some great Cuban coffee and sandwiches. Close enough to Key West and close to other activities in the Keys like Bahia Honda and Sombrero Beach.House was lovely. Outside furniture needs a bit of TLC, but, overall was a great stay.

This house was exactly how we like to vacation. The property is cozy with a laid-back easy-living vibe. Perfect place to launch your kayaks, then lounge in the pool afterwards. Great water views with no mangroves to interrupt it.The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, pots/pans, and appliances you could need. Gas grill downstairs. I did try out the pizza oven, but it was just too windy for it to be effective.There are many very good Cuban restaurants nearby. 8 minutes to Big Pine where you’ll find more restaurants, shops, and Winn-Dixie for groceries. 30 miles into Key West if you feel the need to be a tourist.Definitely want to return for another stay if the property (which is for sale) remains on the vacation rental market.We stayed for a month in April and the temperatures were perfect.

STUNNING Views & PET friendly

Thank you so much for making us family! This was our first trip to the Florida Keys but definitely not our last. Your home was absolutely everything we could have ever wanted! All the furnishings very clean, comfortable loved the lay out and endless views. The pool by the water just stunning! We enjoyed being able to dock our boat and grill out after the guys fished all day:) Tux our Weimaraner really enjoyed himself! We look forward to booking again! Thanks again so much Heather, Mike, Tux & Candler😁
