First floor bedrooms: Br. #1 has Queen Bed. Br. #2 has 2 twin beds.
Second floor: Br.#3 has 2 twins plus queen futon. Br. # 4 and Br. #5 each have 2 twins.

Three large decks and plenty of patio furniture:2 large patio tables & 14 deck chairs, loungers, Propane grill, Outside (enclosed) shower, Upper deck with beautiful panoramic views of entire island / bay. Beautiful views and sunsets. Great wide lagoon for swimming and fishing / crabbing. Plenty of parking (8+ cars). House is at end of dead end street - good for kids, bikes, scooters, etc.
Area information:
Both bay and ocean beaches are comfortable walks from house. Most people just walk or drop off kids and "beach equipment" and park nearby. Bay beach is great for smaller kids - shallow and guarded with fun playground equipment. Miniature golf, tennis, basketball pickle ball and other recreational activities are right in Chadwick. Jet-ski, boat, kayak and other rentals in immediate area. Plenty of restaurants nearby – both full service and BYO.
