The home is exactly as pictured and has everything needed for a most pleasant stay. Having the hot tub was wonderful after a day of exploring. Neighborhood is very quiet and just what was needed to really unwind!
We fell In love with the modern decor and comfy bungalow . We enjoyed the jacuzzi , the beds were comfy it felt safe and near everything. The host were very welcoming and super responsive .
We enjoyed staying at this property! Perfect for a group of friends, but you can hear every conversation in the house since it’s all tile. Also, the hot tub could’ve used some more maintenance! The house did provide beach towels and chairs which was nice.
Our stay at Coco’s Cozy Cabana was nothing short of amazing! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The hot tub was a huge plus—perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. We loved how close the cabana was to downtown; we were able to walk to great restaurants, shops, and nightlife with ease.David was a thoughtful and responsive host who made sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. You can tell a lot of care goes into this place—it really feels like a home away from home.We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, centrally located retreat!
The house is adorable. It is updated, beautifully decorated, and they kept the historical charm. We didn't need to worry about parking or parking fees as we were able to walk everywhere. We won't hesitate coming back.
Stayed here four days and found the location to be perfect for visiting downtown and beyond. It was spotless and cozy. We had our dog with us so we really appreciated the fenced backyard.
The home was exactly as advertised and perfect for our stay. Lovely decor, just enough space, and great to have a yard with hot tub! If you are looking for walkable to museums, restaurants and shopping this is the perfect place for you. It was a short 15 drive to the beach as well with easy access to free public parking for the day. Hosts were great and provided recommendations on things to do as well. Great stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Coco's Crazy Cabana. The house was extremely clean and the layout of the home was great. The property has been renovated in a tasteful manner that provides modern amenities, while maintaining it's original charm. The fenced backyard was so inviting and provides a private place to unwind!
Communication with the host was great and check-in/out was a breeze. Location is convenient to restaurants, shopping and downtown. Will definitely stay here again.
Everything was amazing. House was pristine and had everything we needed. We picked the house for location and the hot tub. Both were perfect. Owners had great communication and responded very quickly. They also reached out on check in day just to make sure there wasn’t anything we needed. Definitely would stay here again

The property was clean and pictures were for the most part accurate however it's an old house. It has an old smell, some of the renovations were cheaply done and the bathroom is very tiny. Also critters running around in the attic
My best friend and I stayed here for a long weekend, it’s a great little place, perfect for the 2 of us!! Beautifully decorated, amazing little fenced in yard, quiet neighborhood. It’s within walking distance of some “tourist spots” or a short little drive to downtown.
The only thing I wish it had was a broom, my hair is falling out like crazy from cancer treatments and I would have liked to sweep up some!
We would definitely stay again!!!
My hubby and I spent a few nights in this quaint, cozy cottage to get away for his birthday. The cottage was very well appointed. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen had everything we would have needed to do so. The fenced backyard was perfect for our little pup. I can highly recommend this rental!
What a cute cottage. It was as described online. I had a little trouble with the door lock but the property manager responded immediately. I live in St Aug Beach, but I LOVE this area. I will be back…… if you ever want to sell……….
It was our first time in Saint Augustine, and the house was in a perfect spot for us and the pup, walking distance to all the action yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. After a day of exploring the hot tub was nice to jump into. The neighborhood looks like it’s going through lots of renovations, we enjoyed walking around to see the various houses. Overall the kitchen and rest of the house was stocked with everything you could possibly need along with lots of natural light.
well decorated within walking distance of old town
Cute small home that feels bigger because of the decor and how it is staged. Nice backyard that is perfect for kids to play and a nice pagoda with a picnic table to eat outside too. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone we encountered were nice and polite. They made us feel welcome and not like we were just vacationers. We had the pleasure of walking down the street literally 2 blocks away and enjoyed live music and vendors at the Juneteenth celebration, which was great because of how important this area was during the civil rights movement. Lots of history right in the neighborhood to learn about from the people that live there as well as plaques in front of many homes. We love St Augustine and all there is to do downtown but this was the first time we stayed in Lincolnville and it was great, we literally walked downtown almost every night from the house. Great neighborhood, home and hosts!!
the house itself was perfect, clean and nicely decorated. The location to downtown is ok, thevreason i booked this home was because of the hot tub. however it was filthy and i couldnt use it. ibreached out to the owners who responded via email very quickly, i even sent pictures but nothing was done. ive yet to hear back from anyone as i do not feel its fair to charge me an insane fee to clean when it was clearly never done. i wont stay there again.
The house is beautiful. We stayed for 8 days and in that time the guy that takes care of the hot tub came 4 times so it is well taken care of.
The bathroom is a little tight and the water pressure is not great but I would stay there again..
The only problem I had was the flood lights kept going off and on all night so I contacted them and asked that they turn them off and they did.
One thing that I would love for all the rental places to do would be to leave a broom, dust mop and mop in the homes so we can keep it clean while we are there.
White floors are hard to keep clean.
