This host & their condo is amazing. We had an awesome time with family. I can’t say enough about this host! She is AMAZING!!! One of the best I have ever dealt with and we have booked a lot of condos in the past. Thank you for an awesome trip!!!! You are the BEST! Her unit is also one of the best! Very nice condo!!!!!!

We had an amazing stay! The condo was incredibly clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. It was stocked with everything we could think of, which made our vacation so much easier and more enjoyable. The amenities were fantastic, and we truly felt at home.Becky was an outstanding host! She was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.The only downside was the elevators. They could be slow, and during peak times we waited anywhere from 10–20 minutes to get one. However, it's worth noting that several elevators are currently being renovated, so this is temporary and completely outside of the host's control.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to book this condo again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! It was close to a lot of places! Becky was the BEST host I’ve come across in a while. She made sure to check in and send recommendations for the area. The property was very spacious and clean. Absolutely loved the king beds, so comfortable! One con which has nothing to do with our host, is the elevators in the building. I would say you more than likely will have to wait at times for them so if you’re in a hurry to go somewhere, keep that in mind. Other than that, we will definitely consider this location again.

I’m glad you enjoyed our family’s beach home, but I have to admit being a bit frustrated with only a four star review. We aren’t investors, we care about our guests and have spent tens of thousands of dollars making this one of the nicest beachfront condos ever. I understand you are upset that the indoor Roman spa was closed the day you wanted to soak, that checkin took too long (because you didn’t pre register online as we suggested) and you didn’t like the free movies in the indoor theater…none of which we control but we are sorry your visit wasn’t perfect. We can control a luxury stay in an immaculate updated and decorated accommodations; amazing electronics and the fastest internet money can buy to work from beach; beach toys and a welcome basket with treats and a gift card, and views like a cruise ship. Tidewater is spending millions upgrading its elevators, and we hope to do better your next visit.

Honestly everything about this place is Perfect! The views from the 12th floor are great. The entire stay was relaxing and easy. The host Becky was very responsive to messages and even checked to see if everything was good. Will definitely be back.

The unit was beautiful and fully equipped with quality materials and finishes. The beds were very comfortable and everything was sparkling clean. Would definitelyrecomend this unit. It is listed as a three bedroom on VRBO, but it is actually 2 bedrooms with a hallway that has bunk beds, which was no big deal for us. Also, the Condo Company charges a parking fee. Even though this is actually a two-bedroom which would allow for two parking spaces, I was able to pay for a parking fee for a three bedroom and got three parking spaces. One elevator was down in the building, so we did wait a long time for the elevator, and that made check-in and check-out chaotic, but this review is for the unit itself, which was excellent.

Awesome Place!

Sugar Shores is a beautiful condo on the beach. It was stocked with everything we needed. The owners were in touch to make sure everything was going well. We had a great time! If you're looking for a nice comfortable place to stay in Panama City, Sugar Shores is it.
