Check out this cute, cozy, condo in the heart of Dewey Beach, close to the beach, bay, and all of Dewey's favorite hotspots. You'll be within walking distance to the Starboard, Bottle and Cork, Woody's, and don't forget to stop at the new Grotto Pizza, or for delicious ice cream at Vanderwende's.

The master offers a king bed with private bath and the sofa bed provides additional sleeping for 2. There's also plenty of space in the living room if you would prefer to bring an air mattress. The open floor plan in the living room and kitchen is a great place to spread out and enjoy family and friends. The second full bath is located off of the living room. This building has an elevator, private parking for 2 cars, and use of an awesome private community pool which comes with the reservation. (newly renovated 2024)

My husband and I loved the condo. It was perfect for our short getaway. Everything was as described. Very clean. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed although we didn’t do much cooking. Having 2 full baths was also great. Great location. It was walking distance to everything in Dewey that we like to do. My only suggestion would be to have blinds or room darkening curtains in the bedroom. The sun shines in bright and early! Wonderful for sunlight but terrible for those that like to sleep in a little. Overall it was a wonderful stay. We would definitely rent again!

Perfect dewey beach stay

It's a clean, comfortable condo in a perfect location. The beach is practically across the street, and most attractions are a walk or a short drive away. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the two showers and washer & dryer are very convenient for a beach vacation.

Fantastic for families

It was the perfect location for us! 2 adults/3kids for 2 nights. Parking was simple. 2 full bathrooms worked out perfectly having teenagers. Pool was clean with plenty of seating and a shower. Beach was a short walk (about a block) Coffee shop directly across the street. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Washer and dryer worked well! Overall highly recommend for families!

A Dewey Delight

This 1 bedroom condo was the perfect size for just me and my husband. Very cozy. Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. One block from the beach. Just What We Hoped For

Everything was just how we wanted it! Walking distance to everything, a nice pool, dog friendly, convenient elevator, easy check in and out, lovely condo inside and out. If you love Dewey like we do, this one checks off all the boxes. It was a very nice touch to have a few supplies there already such as paper products and dish soap. We especially appreciated the cleanliness. We will be back!

The property was the perfect size for us. It was clean and nicely decorated. The king size bed was very comfortable. The microwave had broken but was being replaced when we arrived. The only draw back was the noise from route 1 And from the bar next door late at night. Not really much of a problem.

Perfect location & cozy place

The condo was the most cozy place with everything you need to travel! Great layout with double doors to separate living space and bedroom. It was nice to have a keurig & good wifi service. Located near the elevator and stairs. Only point to mention is you can hear street and other condo noise. (Nothing white noise can’t fix.) Host responded quickly and very easy to communicate with. We loved it so much we extended our stay a night!

Nice little hide away in the center of Dewey

Cute little unit in a nice complex with a pool and outdoor shower facilities. Across the street from the beach—easy walk to beach, Dewey bars and shops and if you are up for the steps, a really fun 2 mile walk to downtown Rehoboth and the boardwalk. We had a great time here. Only minor thing, the pull out sofa bed had broken springs and needs an upgrade. Very uncomfortable. Also, totally not the fault of the property owner, but the unit right under us on the first floor was having a house party well into the wee hours of the morning our first two nights. SUPER rough if you have little ones who need their rest.
