Spacious beach condo, just steps across the street to gorgeous Indian Shores Beach. Top floor condo with views of the gulf water from the balcony, and inter-coastal water from the master bedroom. Amazing 18ft ceilings! (No elevator) Just pack your bags, condo is fully furnished for your stay including appliances, dish ware, linens, washer/dryer in unit and a downstairs storage unit full of beach accessories. (beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella/canopy, beach wagon, cooler - all included. )
Complex offers a heated pool, private boat ramp and dock overlooking the intercoastal waterway. Comfy condo offers a 2/2 layout including a private, beautifully renovated en suite master with a king sized bed! Second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and living room sofa is also a queen sleeper. Condo features a 55” smart tv with a PlayStation 3 and accessories in the living room along with a Nintendo Wii and games. Master bedroom has a 32” tv with cable, and middle bedroom also has a 32” tv with ROKU and a Blu-ray/dvd player. WiFi is included. Lots of board games and toys for the kids to enjoy when you’re taking a break from the sunshine.
Parking - Condo has 2 designated parking spots tandem underneath the building.
Walking distance to lots of restaurants and beach shops.

My family loved this location, very close to the beach, all beach supplies were provided, plenty of games and toys for the kids, kitchen is stocked with essentials, comfortable beds, plenty of room for our family of 5.

Everything was great! Plenty of beach chairs! The wagon was an added bonus. The beds were comfortable. The pool was small but my kids didn’t mind and it was never crowded. The location to the beach was a quick walk maybe a minute. If I were to complain we only had 2 wash rags but plenty of beach towels! We had to go buy some. Wonderful and comfortable stay would book again.

The unit itself is beautiful and well appointed. The view and location to the beach was great. There are also bars, restaurants and shops a short walk away. The only downside was the grounds of the complex itself. The exterior entrance as well as the pool and dock area could use a little TLC. Overall a nice stay.

The property was decorated so nice. It was very clean and well stocked. The walk to the beach was easy, we were there within minutes. It was nice to have the beach wagon, chairs and towels available.

We had such a great time at this home! We had three adults and three kids and had plenty of room. The condo is in a perfect location. Close to shops, restaurants, and right across from the beach with lots of beach gear supplied. Everything was wonderful. Clear communication with property manager. Would definitely return!

Our family decided to get away for the long Independence Day weekend. My wife found this condo on VRBO and it seemed to check all the boxes she was looking for. The location was fabulous. condo was more spacious than originally thought, and the extras of games, including video games and plenty of seating were awesome. The kitchen was appointed nicely and had a full laundry set nearby. The master bedroom and bath were spacious and was recently upgraded. The second bedroom had two queen beds for the other family members. Overall, the layout and furnishing were impressive. The only drawback, which we already knew, was there were no elevators and we had to walk up and down the stairs to the third floor. However, it wasn’t a dealbreaker and it was planned in advance to take less stuff due to this feature.The association had a pool that was nice and it seemed most of the guests in the adjoining condos had the same idea of a long get away. We would definitely return again and our host, Roger, was great in communicating the specifics of getting checked in and out of the property. My family has requested to go back next year, which is an indicator of how much they liked it.

Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay. It had all the beach essentials you could need and was conveniently close to beach access. The property was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beachside Condo
