This place was fantastic! I loved everything about it. The only downside was that all the kitchen utensils, along with pots and pans, needed to be washed again before use. Aside from that, it was an amazing experience.

Carlson's Crawdad House was amazing. I wish our entire 7 day stay in NC would have been here. Super clean, crisp fresh sheets and pillows, A/C worked great as it was in the high 80's - low 90's outside. Felt like home in the mountains. Large enough for 2 families. Thank you we would love to stay here again.

This house was perfect for our stay in Newland. We were visiting a niece and her family and this house was convenient and the development is perfect for a family trip like this. Swimming pool, golf, food at clubhouse -- all above par.

The house was very nice, convenient, easy to find. Having three bedrooms and three baths was very nice. The outside porch and table had not been cleaned. We had trouble finding one set of towels but finally found them. I would take my family there again.

Nice little home away from city life!

We four friends rented this house during our trip to mountain. House was clean and well furnished. We didn’t cook much but kitchen looked well equipped. Patio was the place to sit and enjoy the fresh air. Definitely will rent this house in future if we are in the area.
