This home can accommodate 8 adults (age 11+) and 4 children (age 10 and under including infants) as per the property's short term accommodation license. A classic 1850s farm with a modernized farmhouse, historic barns, 15 acres of fields and forest, and sweeping views of the Bay of Quinte, The Wilda Farmhouse is all about unplugging and having fun with your people. The heart of the house is a massive cathedral-ceilinged great room equipped with board games, a SONOS speaker and record player. The integrated kitchen is chef-friendly. Our bathrooms - one with a modern glazed shower, the other with a vintage clawfoot tub include toxin-free products from Public Goods. Set within a 15 acre property that includes pollinator gardens, fields and a deep pine forest, guests are free to explore, and to enjoy a sunset barbecue on the newly refinished back patio. Please note that the home has a 5th queen bed in the lower bedroom. The cleaning fee includes linens for 4 beds. A damage deposit hold of $1,000 will be placed on your credit card within 72 hours before check-in.
This hold will be released within 7 business days after a post check-out inspection confirms no damage to the property.

Reservations can be canceled for a full refund up to 30 days before check-in.

Reservations canceled between 30 and 14 days before check-in will forfeit the 50% deposit.

Reservations canceled within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

All cancellations made more than 14 days after booking are subject to an administration fee of 4% of the total deposit.

Girls PEC Weekend

Beautiful Property! Perfect location! Wonderful Stay! Wilda Farmhouse was the perfect place for our girls weekend away. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, beautiful views. Living area was much bigger than expected. Plenty of room and seating for everyone. Loved the hot tub and the back yard. Enjoyed a morning of shopping in Picton, butter tarts at Waupoos Tarts, lunch at County Cider Company and a drink with amazing views at Miller House! If you’re thinking about booking Wilda Farmhouse, do it!!! You won’t be disappointed. Looking forward to our next visit to PEC.
