Kick back and relax in the County on the sandy shores of South Bay. This beautifully set back, custom built, 2010 Cape Cod Style home located on County Road 13 just 20 minutes south-east of Picton, is ideally situated minutes from vineyards, hiking, museums, galleries and all wonders of The County.

This home is fully licensed as per Prince Edward County STA bylaws. #ST-2020-0100

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Lakehouse. The property was well maintained and perfect for families. From playing air hockey and ping pong to star gazing at night, we had the perfect stay.

The County Lakehouse is a beautiful, clean, spacious, and charming property. We visited as a family of six, ages 13 to 63, and every one of us had a wonderful time.The house offers everything as advertised — and even more. There are plenty of water toys and games, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials, and the beds are very comfortable.Parker was an excellent host: he shared great suggestions for what to see and do in the area, provided clear instructions for our stay, and the complimentary bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch. Having access to the Sandbank area was another highlight.We loved our stay and would happily recommend this property to others.

Excellent lake house!!

Great view with swans, the basement has air hockey and pink pong table, the beds were comfortable, big rooms, kayaks and paddle boards, hot tub was nice, and the view is great too!

We had such a wonderful stay and already miss being there! The cottage was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One of the bedrooms was on the main floor while the others were upstairs, which worked perfectly for us since we were travelling with my elderly parents.The lawn was large, beautifully maintained, and gave us plenty of space to enjoy being outside. The kitchen was also very clean and spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable — genuinely some of the most comfortable beds we’ve had at a cottage.The air hockey table is a little older, but it was still a lot of fun, as was the ping pong table. They were great additions to the cottage and got plenty of use during our stay.Overall, we had a fantastic time. The property was clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. We’re already looking forward to coming back next summer!

We stayed for 4 nights for a family trip. The house and view were gorgeous! The house and kitchen were clean and very well equipped. Owner was very responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again. My only real comment was I wish there was a way to lock the bathroom doors.

Great property on the water. Kayaks were put to good use! House was great, large well appointed kitchen, large dining room table. Loved the extra amenities that were provided. Parker was great, quick to respond and, assisted us through a local power outage, and getting the water pump back up and running.

This house was perfect for our girls’ weekend away. There were 5 of us and the house easily accommodated us. It is very spacious. It is also very well appointed with everything we needed (from a plethora of clean tea towels to sharp knives and a variety of dish and glassware) to prepare a dinner and breakfasts at home and the perfect location from which to explore the rest of the county! We enjoyed the property, which is right on the lake and relaxed in the hot tub every evening under the stars. Wood was cut and ready for the fireplace and towels were provided for both bath and hot tubs. The beds were very comfortable! Communication with the hosts was prompt, courteous and helpful. The house would also be wonderful for families with a games room and a TV room that we didn’t even need to use!
