Massive home in the peaceful, cozy and historic Lakeside Chautauqua community right on Lake Erie. Enjoy the summer vibes by the water or a peaceful respite during the offseason. There are tons of cute local shops, restaurants and things to do. Active community life offers opportunities for educational lectures, cultural arts performances and recreational activities. The house is right in the center of the community, has tons of sleeping space, a full kitchen, grill, tv's, washer/dryer and more!

- Smart lock on front door, providing easy self check-in as well as security and peace of mind for your stay
- 2 Smart TVs with multiple streaming services for your viewing pleasure
- Full kitchen with cooking and dining amenities, along with full-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, and 2 coffee machines (1 Keurig and 1 standard)
- Ample storage space with numerous closets throughout the house
- Tons of windows for a lot of natural light to brighten the mood
- Linens and towels provided, as well as soap and shampoo

Other things to note
IMPORTANT: Please note during the summertime (Friday before Memorial Day through Labor Day), you need to purchase a daily pass from the main gate for all members of your party. 2025 passes are $33-39 per day per adult, depending on the date. Additionally, there is a vehicle fee for each car that passes through the gate. Please reach out with any questions about this.

Modern, comfortable home. Front porch is great for morning coffee. Larger dining room table with 7 chairs was a plus. In Lakeside parking is hard to find so space for 2 cars is definitely a plus. Home stayed cool despite very hot and humid days.

Such a charming home!

Had a wonderful stay here with my family for a birthday trip. Ryan and Nick were super responsive hosts. The house is beautiful, so spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches—books, board games, beautiful art, high chair for the baby. Of course Lakeside is lovely, even in the office season. Would stay again!

Absolutely Perfect

We are Lakeside regulars, and we absolutely adored this home. So much space! It was clean, the kitchen had so much to offer, and plenty of bathrooms you never have to wait. The hosts were phenomenal and extremely attentive. We even extended our stay … we didn’t want to leave.

Lakeside Rental

The house is brightly decorated with a lake house theme. The living area and kitchen are open and flow nicely. The linens are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Much appreciated. Parking area accommodated three vehicles and two golf carts. Porch swing and rocking chairs were great.

Envy of the Family Reunion!

We have been going to Lakeside for several years now and staying in this home was by far our best experience. The owner promised a turnkey vacation and that is exactly what we had. We were at Lakeside for a family vacation and while my family was spending their check-in time making beds and stocking towels, we walked right in to a fully ready, clean, beautiful home. I very much appreciated the very effective central air conditioning. The property manager was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Lakeside Property!

I don’t normally leave reviews; but since this is a new listing, I wanted to comment for all potential renters that this property was a wonderful place to rent. The home is spacious, and it was so nice to walk in and feel as if we had everything we needed while on our family vacation. We had a group of eight staying at the home (my sister, her husband, and their two kids, and my husband, my two kids, and myself - the kids range in age from 2-9). We were all able to stay here comfortably, plus there was room for more people. We could tell that the owner has loved and cared for this property, and it was nice to have things like pots, pans, Keurig machine, serving platters, etc. for when we cooked family dinners. The decor was bright and exactly what we would expect in a beach house, and the bedding was comfortable. Also, the property manager was very quick to respond and easy to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to rent at Lakeside! The Golden Home is wonderful. :)
