About this property

Enjoy a comfy retreat on beautiful Beech in this very clean guest suite w/ private bathroom on a paved road only a short drive from everything the Mountain has to offer. Private entrance, guest parking, TV, Wi-Fi, trundle bed w/ memory foam full mattress & soft twin underneath, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, grill, indoor & outdoor eating area, firepit & more. & Pets stay free! A lovely space to unwind and relax after a busy day enjoying the beautiful High Country.

You'll have the guest suite area all to yourself and your very own picnic table & hammock outside of the room for you to enjoy on a nice day. The backyard is open to guests too w/ a fire pit, grill, picnic table, hammock, yard area, stream... & tree swing coming soon!
Quiet area on paved road close to walking trails. Road is plowed pretty well during snow fall. Only a few minutes to main road, ski resort, and other local amenities.

The only thing left for you to do is to enjoy yourself!

Weekend Getaway

This location was the perfect size for two people. We felt so cozy and thought it was very welcoming! We would recommend this place to anyone riding solo or staying with a friend/spouse. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

So clean and great communication with the owner

Loved the location, a little far from activities but worth it! Clean, quiet and beautiful views from up top. Loved that it was pet friendly, would stay again 100 percent!

Hands down, fantastic.

This property is a short hop skip and a jump away from the slopes, it’s in a gorgeous neighborhood (is it even called a neighborhood in the mountains?) and the property itself is lovely. The hosts were nothing short of amazing, the communication was easy and timely, and honestly, they go above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. They had a fire pit, a picnic table, a hammock - all of these things available to the guests to make the stay perfect. They also provide all sorts of information and pamphlets for all the local things to do with their own little blurbs about whether they think the places are worth visiting (speaking in the case of local restaurants in that instance). We even got a visit from some locals (a family of deer greeted us as we came back from a hike, just hanging out by the fire pit watching us). Overall 10/10 would stay again AND recommend!

I'm originally from New York, my wife from Sweden. We have 3 kids, have been married more than 15 years and are always on some kind of adventure(we actually met backpacking in India many moons ago). We moved to beautiful Beech a few years ago after escaping hot & flat Houston. We're happy to host and hope that you enjoy every minute of your stay on the mountain!

Why they chose this property

Why Beech? We visited the area a few years ago and just loved it. We were going stir crazy in hot and flat Houston where we had been for more than a decade. Especially my wife, who is used to the beautiful seasons and nature of Sweden. I was happy to be closer to family too. We then decided to make the move and don't regret it one bit.

What makes this property unique

What we love about the property: We love being surrounded by nature, seeing deers casually stroll through the backyard. Being able to have a glass of wine on the deck, sit around a backyard fire with friends, or just breathe in the fresh winter air. It's healthy for the head, the heart, and the soul!
