Unfortunately, the hot water heater started beeping every few seconds at 5am. Worker came out and was able to stop the beeping. We also had a survey team join us during our stay as the property is currently pending beimg sold.

Great location and beautiful view of the bay. Convenient location. Nice to fish right off your back porch. Perfectly suited for our purposes. I recommend some more provisions if staying with family and cooking. A working k cup coffee maker with coffee would be a plus.

Test of tolerance

The property has plenty of potential and makes for a great secluded getaway. The water in the back was approximately three feet deep with no deeper pockets to note for fishing. Communication was confusing from the beginning to end. I attempted to communicate with many different property managers which made it difficult to develop a rapport along with inconsistent information and support. I understand there's a few involved parties. I believe having a set singular point of contact along with a shared plan for support would help in the future. Thank you
