A lovely three-bedroom, two-bath condominium; newly constructed with all new furnishings and appliances. This condominium is located near downtown Lincoln and across the street from Loon Mountain Ski Area's South Peak trail system and Timbertown lift.

Enter this vacation home to the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. Relax and enjoy the large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace that starts with just the flip of a switch. Off the living area is the primary bedroom with a queen bed, a television, and a large primary bath including his and hers sinks, a stand-alone shower, and a separate tub. Down a short hall are the remaining two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the second with two sets of bunk beds) and a full shared bath.

This condominium, South Peak Resort 1A, offers membership to the Mountain Club on Loon Swim and Fitness Center offering an indoor pool, outdoor pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna, and exercise room.

Access to the South Peak Community Outdoor Hot Tub and Fire Pit. Please note grilling is not allowed on South Peak Resort Decks or Patios. Grilling is allowed only on the community gas grill located near the South Peak outdoor hot tub. No personal grills are allowed.

We figured out a bit later that there was actually a nice place that we could walk to where we could get in the river. The place was spacious and there were plenty of things to do around the area in the summer.Some of the furniture (the couch mostly) was showing a bit of wear, but everything was clean.

This was in a great location near everything Lincoln has to offer. It was depicted exactly as the pictures and description entailed. The property was close to the walking trail, river, and offered plenty of eating options within a 5 minute drive. The property could use updating with couches (well worn), bedding (comforters were thin), pillows (so thin we had to fold in 1/2 to use and the extra pillows were just as thin), and several dents/plaster hanging in the bathroom due to humidity. Despite the neccesary updates we would still stay at the property again due to the affordibility.

Spring Break Getaway

My group and I have a fantastic stay at this luxurious and cozy South Peak unit. From the large kitchen, to the roaring fireplace and large bright windows, this unit was the absolute perfect place to come home to after a day on Loon Mountain. The location truly cannot be beat, and the views looking out to the forest and the sound of the Pemigewasset River absolutely soothe your soul. The unit was well stocked, in great condition, and extremely clean. Will definitely be coming back here soon!

Great location- great accommodations!

This condo is located conveniently in Lincoln! You can walk to many restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Beautiful mountain views, peaceful surroundings, and riverside…. Perfect for white mountain getaway. Unit is large and well equipped. Highly recommend!
