About this property

2nd Floor, Direct Ocean view, fully furnished with all your beach needs

Cocoa Beach Oceanfront complex- 2nd floor unit has a direct ocean view and was recently remodeled and redecorated. Located across the street from Denny's and a Surf Style store.

The complex is within an hour of Orlando and Disney World.
The NASA Space Center is less than 30 minutes away, and the
Cruise lines are just 15 minutes up A1A. The 'World Famous'
'Ron Jons' and the Pier are within minutes.

Our unit has been recently updated and is fully furnished with everything you need to have fun in the sun. We have a full kitchen, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and provide you with all forms of electronic entertainment.

The oceanfront complex has the following:
-Direct access to the beach.
-A large, heated pool with neighboring hot tub.
-And the complex is monitored by 16 cameras for security.


To be Remodeled Summer 2025,
New Appliances, flooring, kitchen and bath remodeled

There should be 3 sets of front door / pool / beach keys inside the unit on the key rack. There is a $50.00 fee for a lost key.
Dogs are not allowed on our part of the beach. There is a dog park at Lori Wilson Park. You can take your dog to the beach south of 4th Street.
Please reset our TV system setup if you change it. Both the cable box and TV must be on at the same time. Please use HDMI1 for the cable cord.

Damn snowstorm!

We were unable to go on this trip due to bad weather. My daughter-in-law and her husband were able to use the condo for a few days and told us she would definitely go back. The owner of the property was very easy to work with too!

Best Vacation Ever with Kids!

This condo was spacious and clean and so easy to access. The pool was amazing for the kids. The ocean was amazing waking up to such beautiful sunrises. Even got to see a rocket launch from the beach while we were here. Just steps to the beach and the waves were a blast with the boogie boards. The kids had the most fun at night after 9pm for about an hour hunting crabs and then letting them go. There was great space for our family of 5. Doug and Mary thought of everything from sundries to pots and pans and silverware and dishes to laundry detergent, dryer sheets and dish soap and dishwasher pods and shampoo and soap. Doug and Mary even had tons of beach toys including boogie boards plus there was books and games throughout the condo too so the kids would not be bored. I could not ask for betters hosts. Whenever I had a question Doug would answer within minutes and if he didn't know the answer he found it for us right away. Don't miss out. Stay here and you won't be disappointed. This was the BEST VACATION EVER!

Awesome condo

My family loved the condo. It was very clean with lots of space and a ton of extras. The cabinets were full of anything you would need. The beach toy closet was awesome.

Nice condo with ocean view

We were surprised with all the extras in the condo. Kitchen had everything we needed. Hall closet had all beach supplies included chairs, play toys for kids, umbrella. My son-in-law cleaned and put everything in order in the closet. The only thing we needed extra was toilet paper which we brought with us. Condo was located in good location for us.

Wonderful place to relax and have fun

The condo was spacious and very comfortable. Full of everything you need for a great beach vacation. Just one suggestion, black out shades in the master bedroom. It faces the ocean and that sun is super bright by 6:30 am.

Great Location, Owners Nice, Needs renovation

Great Location and Owners very nice. Allowed early check which was very helpful. The kitchen and bathrooms are very outdated. The owners said an update to the unit was coming in the near future. Also, lacked some basis supplies like coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and shampoo which normally comes with other units we rented. The beach equipment for guest use was in very bad shape. Need to refresh the beach gear. Overall, ok for a long weekend stay.
