Welcome to Parkridge at Pilot Butte! Our warm and modern centrally located family friendly home has been curated to be your Bend basecamp for adventure. This home features high ceilings, lots of natural light and has been built into the natural rock landscape of Pilot Butte.

Whether you're here to relax, eat/drink through the city or take advantage of all the outdoor recreation and play, we know you'll enjoy it within close proximity of our front door. Located in the Orchard District of NE Bend, you're walking distance to Pilot Butte, a quick 5 min drive to downtown, and Mt. Bachelor is just up the road (35 min)!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This lovely welcoming home features 3 bedrooms (king, queen, trundle with 2 twin beds), and 2 rolling twin beds upon request.

*If you plan to use 1 or 2 of the rolling twin beds PLEASE let us know upon booking. This ensures that our cleaners provide appropriate sheets and bedding prior to your arrival.

FAMILIES
If you would like to request to use our pack n' play, high chair or newborn bath please request this upon booking. Kids plates and utensils are available to use and can be found in the appropriate kitchen cabinets/drawers.

HEATING & COOLING
This home has A/C to keep you cool in the summer months and central heating to keep you warm on cold winter nights. The home is integrated with a smart Nest operating system to help keep the temperatures in a comfortable range during your stay.

Cozy up by the fireplace in the living room with a good book or watch your favorite shows/movies on the smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING
Enjoy an open, spacious kitchen equipped with the essentials that you'll need to make yourself at home.

SKIIERS & MTN BIKERS:
Ample storage exists in the garage to hang and appropriately store for your full group's equipment.

While we are big animal lovers - unfortunately, pets are not allowed as guests at this time. While we pride ourselves on maintaining an extremely clean house - if you have a very severe dog allergy, please be aware that dogs have previously been in this home. Thanks for understanding!

The home is located in a nice residential neighborhood. Easy walk/hike to Pilot Butte. Everything else needs a car or bike ride, but all easy to get to. Hosts were very responsive. Sleeping was comfortable, and they have a nice gathering /great room space (we did not use the little patio, but that looked nice even though small).

Wonderful Place to Stay in BendThis is a lovely home! We had 5 adults in the unit over a long weekend - two couples and a single. This home was perfect for us. Super clean, and a corner property. I brought my road bike and the garage offered a great staging area before and after my rides. The neighborhood is great, so nice to walk around. There's a park not far away, and a middle school a block up the street. Easy access to highway 97, downtown, and the big grocery stores on business 97. Contact with the host was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.
