Perfect for parents of U ark students

This is our 2nd stay and enjoyed it again. Easy walk to Dixon, safe clean and close to the trail for a morning run. Owner is very proactive and for the price you can't beat it.

Convenient location to Dickson St. and my daughters new apartment. Amenities provided met our needs and I would stay here again. It was a perfect home base for our activities. The host is responsive.

Mike's property is in the perfect location - next to Dickson street and within walking distance to campus. Parking is off of the street too, which is great. The property itself was comfortable and clean. The A/C is high efficiency which was much appreciated in the oppressive July heat. I'll check availability at this property first for my next trip.

Nice Space / Great Location

The apartment had everything we needed. Instructions were very clear and the space was very clean. This place is also 1 1/2 blocks from all of the restaurants, bars and theaters. Far enough away so the nightlife won’t keep you awake. Highly recommend this spot for a solo or couple.

Perfect little spot!

My husband and I were in town for the Hogs game. This is a small space but it was everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. It is attached to another house but we still had privacy and the neighbors were friendly. Would recommend.

Perfect getaway stay

We live about an hour and a half away and needed a little easy fun getaway. This little cottage was perfect. We didn’t have to drive anywhere! We explored Dickson st and the square and had a blast! The cottage was super clean. Check in and out and communication was super easy. They gave us ideas of where to go and luckily because of them we didn’t miss mt sequoia look out!!! Thank you!

Thanksgiving Away From Home

This is a great place! The convenience to Dickson St. was great--walking to Common Grounds for breakfast or any of the wonderful restaurants there is a huge plus (no parking to deal with!). The cottage was very clean and very organized. We could not, however, find pot holders or kitchen towels/washcloths. I was able to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner--the little stove/oven was a bit of a challenge, but we enjoyed our feast! (I brought along some of my own baking dishes, just in case). Overall, great place--would definitely recommend to friends!

This place was absolutely amazing! Mike and his wife were more than accommodating!!! We will definitely be booking this property again! It was within walking distance of so many bars and restaurants! Our motorcycle trip was perfect with some of their recommendations on where to visit and what to see!!!!

My husband and son recently stayed for a baseball tournament. The location was perfect for them. The washer/dryer was great to wash uniforms and kitchen made it easy to make meals. The place was clean and communication with the host was fast and easy. Highly recommend!

What nice little casita

It is perfect for 2 and would be cramped for 3 or more. SUPER location and has everything you need. AC living room works great but bedroom is a little warm if you don't leave the door open. I was really haopy with the condition and location. Would def stay again with 2 or less and possibly a 3rd but only if I REALLY like em! Owner was great with communication!
