The bonus room is a detached, private room with a King and Queen Bed. This room has a separate entry and not accessed through the home.
The fireplaces are inoperable.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Explore the charming village of nearby La Jolla- with a great selection of restaurants, enchanting coves, and a spectacular 1-mile clifftop walk. Windansea offers private beach access from backyard to the sandy oceanfront. Windansea is a short drive to Sea World, and a half hour to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.
