10 kids and 8 tired adults had a blast

I stayed here for five nights in June with my parents, my husband and children, and my brother and sister and their families. Between us we have 10 kids under age eight, so the stay was a chaotic blur! The host, Brian, was very responsive to questions and also proactively sent us information. We appreciated having the two living spaces. The house The kitchen w

Very nice and relaxing house

We rented this house and another around the corner for a family reunion. This house is beautiful and the owner was very responsive and reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. As stated in the listing, the lake in front of the house is not good for floating or swimming. It is fine for kayaking which we did and enjoyed. The kitchen is small and no dishwasher, but we made do. There are plenty of pots and pans and everything worked well. It was very hot the week we were there, but really enjoyed the spacious deck and even had a campfire. Having the two living spaces, main floor and basement, was a real plus for the varied ages in our group. I would recommend this house for a rental in the area.
