The view from this house is incredible! The house is spacious and worked well for our group of 12. We loved the pool and hot tub! The parking is tricky but doable. We appreciated having A/C in the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a lovely house with the capacity for a lot of people to stay there. The view was lovely and the location was great. The busy road in the front of the house was loud and was frightening when pulling out or parking. The pool was smaller than the pictures showed but the kids loved it anyways! We were disappointed the hammock was unusable and I reported that but it hadn't been fixed by the time we left.I miss listening to the roar of the ocean.

On our listing description, we try our best to be transparent by saying, "Some guests have commented that the pool is smaller than it appears in the pictures. It is 30’ long and 15’ across at the wide end and tapers to about 4’ wide at the waterfall. It is about 32-42 inches deep." For parking, we state, "Alii is a busier road so traffic mirrors have been installed adjacent to and across from the driveway to aid in pulling out from the house. We recommend backing vehicles in to the garage and driveway for the easiest parking and departing experience." Lux Villa VR

You cant beat this view! We had 12 people, 6 kids,6 adults from 5-16yrs. The covered lower lani was great for them to play games when it rained and the upper lani is were the adults hung out! House was clean and an a/c for every bed! We were able to snorkel right out of the house. Surfers were out there every morning and evening! All the ladies enjoied there drinks in the hot tub!

Great location for this house. It is walkable to some small restaurants and a short drive to downtown. The host was very easy to communicate with and the house was well stocked and met our needs. The view is amazing. Surfers, whales, and sunsets were always an attraction. The loss of one star is due to the advertised sleeping arrangements. Had we had our full group this would have been an issue, but a smaller group worked very well. One king bed is located outside and some sleeping was in common living areas. BBQ needs some attention too.

We had issues on arrival where the outdoor water connection was flooding. Host saw to it immediately, we were told that the pool was good to use but my family didn’t feel that it was useable.Unit 2 in the house had issues with the bed where what looked like termite droppings kept appearing under the bed in the daily after we vacuumed. Will share photos, wasn’t an issue but wanted to inform host.Downstairs bathroom had a lot of bugs coming up from the drain pipes which looked as if the house wasn’t used in some time, they were gone after we flushed the drains a couple of times with hot water.Overall the location is beautiful, Joe the maintenance man was so friendly and took an interest in making our stay memorable.The house has its quirks but all in all the property is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay for the most part

Awesome place

Outstanding location, right on the water, with great views and a real feeling of being at a private resort. Wonderful features and lay out. Property managers were very responsive and solved a small problem immediately.

A slice of Paradise!

We loved this place. The front row ocean view and amazing sunsets were incredible. The house was clean with room for everyone and the yard spacious. The pool was the perfect place to cool off and the hot tub was a welcome spot to relax each evening. This was such a great value for our large group!

Beautiful Oceanfront Home!

We enjoyed our stay this year at this beautiful home! The house had more than enough beds for everyone and it was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed listening to the waves crash into the rocks 24/7, very relaxing! We had no idea about the show we got to watch every morning when all the surfers came out to Lyman’s Cove. It was a great treat being able to sit in the hot tub or on the deck and watch them all day long! We already miss this home and will definitely be back!

We had 15 family members at this home. The location is amazing- the kids surfed a break right in front of the house. We had a lovely time. The pool needed some help- it was pretty green, but we grabbed some chlorine tabs at Costco and got it nice and clear and usable. Great vacation

Reunion in a perfect place

We were so pleased with this house for our rare family gathering with our 4 grown kids small grandkids. Perfect porch with Ocean views, plenty of space and home activity as well as perfect location to Island activity. Only drawback was the parking of 3 cars was difficult but manageable.

Family Adventures

We booked this property for our extended family adventures (4 teenagers, 4 adults and 2 grandparents) in Hawaii. It was the perfect property - a giant deck that has you so close to the ocean and sunsets, lots of comfy beds and bedrooms, well-stocked kitchen, and easy access to beaches, shopping and airport. Some of the house has been updated and some is dated and pool could use a refresh as well but overall a great vacation property.

Fantastic!

We had such a great time at this house! Check-in was easy and we arrived to the most gorgeous ocean view we have ever seen. Both kids and adults enjoyed everything the house had to offer including pool, hot tub, corn hole, ping pong, even a mini putting green, and of course the views from every room in the house. We'll be back!
