Great space for our family grandparents! Pool was steps away and the beach took about a 5 minute walk from the patio with a fully loaded wagon to enjoying the beach! Highly recommend this spot!

We had a lovely trip with extended family. Location is great, short walk to the beach and places to eat. Short drive to the great public park in Atlantic Beach with put-put and a splash pad. Host was great with communication and the check-in process was easy. Community pool was clean and gave our kids the opportunity to make new friends.

Very nice property, but far away from decent restaurants, etc. Molly's bar did not open until 11:30, so we had to take a drive to get coffee each morning. There's also a busy road to cross to get to the beach.

There are several restaurants within walking distance, although we understand that dining preferences vary. Molly’s also typically serves coffee in the mornings during the summer, so we’re sorry that wasn’t the case during your stay, thankfully there are many other good coffee shops on the island! For future guests, we’d also like to clarify that the beach is accessed by crossing a one-lane road. The pedestrian crossing has a button that activates flashing lights, and cars stop promptly when the lights are activated. Many of our guests are families with young children, and we want them to know that there is a designated, well-marked way to safely cross to the beach. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, Sandra. We hope you enjoyed your time at the beach!

Spent the month of February here. It was wonderful. There’s so much space, easy walk to the beach and the sound, great neighbors, and close to so many of our favorite places. The host was so responsive if I had questions. We definitely hope to go back next year.
