Long weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a good stay. I do have several things that would make the rental much better. The beds were horrible, particularly the master. It was extremely hard and you could feel every groove of the mattress (no mattress pad or cover). The guest shower needed a longer shower curtain or needed to be adjusted. It was about a foot short and water got out on the floor everywhere. The (1 and only) TV needed an upgrade to at least a smartTV. Could only get local channels. The parking would be really bad in the peak season. We were there end of September and got blocked in on 3 different occasions. Now, for the good stuff! Great for pets with gated porch and gated artificial grass area. Location was good. Unit was very clean. Kitchen was great.

End of Season - Needs Attention

Although the location was nice, we were disappointed in the rental property itself. This updated property needs some TLC. Shower doesn't drain, showers need to be given a good scrub. Doors and doorframes were grubby. Minimal bed linens and pillows. One threadbare towel/handtowel/washcloth per person. Outdoor furniture is dirty. Kitchen towel and washrag reeked of mildew. Such a shame because it has so much potential...

Great place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice and clean. Fully equipped kitchen with ice maker (crushed ice, yay!). Bedrooms are roomy with large closets. Outside deck w/seating and a view of the ocean. Private access to beach topped it all off. Would suggest a different shower head in master bathroom with a more concentrated shower head.

Great Location to the Beach

The location to the beach was wonderful! The house is nice, just wish the house offered a broom for cleaning sand from the house. You need to bring Toilet paper, paper towels, Clorox wipes and dish washer tablets.
