Thanks again for visiting our “treehouse “ cabin in the woods. Glad you enjoyed the central location being located in the heart of Shawnee National Forest! Only 10 away from Feryn Clyffe State park and 20 minutes from Giant City! Hope you’ll Visit again and enjoy all that Lake Egypt has to offer… just a short 1/4 walk or drive down to the beach.

The correct door code was provided as soon as you arrived, and we apologize again for the mix-up with the code that was emailed before your stay. Regarding the hot tub and the grill igniter, these issues were not reported to us during your stay. As noted in our phone call, text messages, and emails, we encourage guests to contact us immediately with any concerns so we can resolve them as quickly as possible. Had we been made aware of either issue, we would have sent maintenance right away. Grill igniters are wear items that occasionally require replacement, and this would have been a simple repair. Our goal is to provide every guest with an outstanding experience, and we are always happy to address any concerns during a stay so they can be resolved promptly.
