For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, you can ride the Ferry to the peninsula and hop on the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, or Sailing Adventures which all depart from the docks across the bay.

Parking Details A 2 car garage is provided for parking (H 6.5 ft / W 8 ft / Depth 17.5 ft), along with plenty of street parking. Many shops, restaurants, and stores are located within walking or biking distance.
Laundry A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit and garage. Included in your stay is 8 single use Laundry Powders.
High Chair & Pack 'n Play High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Pet Policy This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. We just got back from the BEST family vacation on Balboa Island. We stayed at this Duplex and it was perfect. There were 6 adults and 3 children, and we never had to get in the car. We walked to the beach every day or to Marine Ave for great restaurants and shopping. The home is absolutely beautiful, both kitchens fully stocked and living space is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We all slept great, and enjoyed having the beach chairs, towels and sand toys available to us. We will definitely be back, hope to make it an annual trip. And the property managers were a pleasure to work with, always so prompt in replying to my emails, and very helpful. Great trip!!
