The condo was large and well appointed. The deck was a wonderful place to gather for drinks before dinner. But, probably the best part about the entire stay was Louis and his recommendations for places to eat and drink within walking distance.

My friends and I had a great time staying here! Spacious apartment with a lovely balcony. We were close to beaches, restaurants, and nightlife. Fans and AC worked well. Luis is a friendly, responsive host. Would recommend!

Conveniently Located

This was a fantastic option for me and my group of guys. Conveniently located — close to La Plaza del Mercado de Santurce, half a mile from Condado Beach, short Uber ride to Old San Juan, and right up the street from a phenomenal restaurant with a friendly staff and delicious food. The property was comfortable. The communal space was not air conditioned so was quite warm when we checked in. All bedrooms had AC. Otherwise, it worked out well for our party of 5. We were there for a wedding, didn’t spend too much time in the unit. Luis was a good host.

Such a wonderful place and experience!

This apartment was absolutely perfect for my family of 5. Easy to get to museums and Old San Juan. Near a highway for quick access to beaches. The property was clean and felt safe, kitchen is well outfitted, great laundry access in the apartment, and our host was FANTASTIC! Responsive, kind, helpful, interesting, just the best! We would absolutely stay here again.

The stay was amazing! The apartment is large and has 5 rooms. 2 bathrooms. Various locations within walking distance. The host responds within minutes and the property in general was clean. Will stay here again. Thank you Luis!

Demetra booked the apartment for her sons. She canceled the reservation because she wanted to include more guests than her reserved. I didn’t accept and her canceled her reservation and she left this review with 1 star. It’s incredibly and unacceptable, because she cancelled her reservation. The guests can see other guest reviews. My apartment has 4.90 points. Demetra left her review to affect my apartment and my reputation as host. She doesn’t be part of VRBO community.
