Dusk til Dune is a beautiful four story beach house featuring five bedrooms, two living areas, multiple balconies, and an elevator that reaches all floors for maximum accessibility. Sleeping 21, this home is perfect for large group getaways of all kinds, even weddings! Located in Dune Allen near Stinky's Fish Camp, a popular local restaurant, and just a two minute bike ride from the beach, Dusk til Dune has everything you need for a memorable vacation!

Dusk til Dune brings elegance to the beach with neutral tones accented with shades of blues and teals throughout. Entering on the first floor, guests are welcomed into a cozy living room with plenty of seating on a pull-out sofa gathered around a flat-screen TV. Two bunk rooms on this level will accommodate nine guests across two full/full bunks and a twin daybed and share a full bathroom. Follow the hall towards the back of the house to find a lovely screened-in porch for enjoying a quiet moment with no bugs!

The second floor hosts a spacious open-concept floor plan perfect for entertaining. A gourmet kitchen with a backsplash reminiscent of sea glass, houses stainless steel appliances, a four burner gas stove, sparkling stone countertops, large pantry and bar seating for four. Next, a formal dining table seating ten leads into the living spaces. Guests have a choice between cozy couches gathered around a TV or a conversation area with four swiveling armchairs - an awesome place to play games. This wonderful main floor living area has access to a balcony with seating for a view of this quaint neighborhood.

Two king bedrooms with a shared bathroom are available on the third floor in addition to the primary king suite. The primary suite is spacious and filled with natural light from the many windows, plus it offers a private balcony overlooking the neighborhood. Attached, the en suite bathroom is also light and bright with a spa-like feel and includes a large rain head shower.
Guests will find a gorgeous living space on the fourth floor complete with sleeper sofas gathered around a TV and a convenient wet bar with ice maker and beverage cooler. Dusk till dune

Over the past 35 years we have stayed in various houses and condos from Sea Side to Fort Walton Beach. This is the first time the house actually looked like the photos. It was beautiful and very spacious. I can’t say enough good things. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The only complaint I have is the beach access. It is close enough but the public beach is smaller than a football field and there are 300 or more people plus umbrellas trying to enjoy the ocean. It is ridiculous that so much of the beach is private and the people who have rented these homes that are not directly on the ocean can’t use the beach. Everything else was perfect.

The Dunne

Arrived at 4:00, the house was not ready until 5:45 due to cleaning problems. Found a needle and other metal debris on furniture. Garage still has paint buckets, construction material laying around in it. The gas range does not work properly, will not heat and has odor of gas. The neighborhood has house upon house stacked on it, way to crowded. Will not be back.

I did go back and review the calls and notes and while the home was delayed in being cleaned we did confirm you had access to the home at 4:33 PM. Beautiful home near the beach

The house is beautiful and clean and a short distance from the beach with ample room for a large family or group of friends. The golf cart made it easy to transport people and gear to the beach. The community pool was fun for the children. However, the automatic light in the community pool bathroom turned off on my elderly mother and she struggled to get out in the dark. Please look into changing the automatic lights. There were a few items that would have been nice for the house to have including Kleenex, salt/pepper, can opener, and dish rags. The house did provide boogie boards, beach chairs, bikes and umbrellas which was a huge perk. We tried to ask questions to the house manager/owner before the trip and did not get a reply. However, after we checked in communication improved and we were able to ask questions. There was a complimentary charcuterie board which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a beautiful home which I would recommend to others!

Family Vacation 2024

Neighborhood was beautiful- very nice with community pool and location to 30A and beach access is super easy. Closer then looks in photo. Very disappointed about private home owners taking over spaces on the beach and no one sitting in them all day long. Staying in a public beach access point makes getting to the beach easy but kinda crowded beach area.The home was everything we hoped Love all of the decoration/decor in house. Plenty of space for larger families. Balcony areas very nice and provides extra space too. Golf cart was a very nice addition for transportation to beach access just across 30A- house had everything we needed. The back porch area is near the outside shower and grill area was very messy and not clean when we arrived. The rest of the house was clean and comfortable. Elevator is a HUGE bonus. My elderly dad used it a few times a day. I wojld definately return to this location and home. The host was always available when needed. Before we arrived they answered all of our questions and while we were there- I even reached them by phone once about key location for golf cart. So attentive and helpful. I would Recommend this home for your next family vacation!
