Please be aware that our condo is located on the second floor of the building and is accessible only by stairs. There is no elevator available.
Also please keep in mind that our condo is on the top of a mountain! The roads can be winding and steep in places so take your time and be safe! Most mountain roads in the area do not have guardrails. Four-wheel drive may be required in the winter months.
Because we are so close to Smoky Mountain National Park bear sightings are a common occurrence in our area.
