This Property is Pet (Dogs) Friendly. Read before booking!
We're happy to welcome dogs, but there are a few important guidelines to follow:
• Advance Notice Required: You must notify the management company in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Please include your dog's breed, weight, and age. The Pet Fee will be added to your reservation. Bringing an unauthorized pet or failing to pay the required pet fee will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee, immediate eviction, and forfeiture of all rental payments, as this is a breach of our Rental Contract.
• Dog Size Limit: Only one (1) dog allowed up to 20 pounds.
• Pet Fee:
o $175 minimum for any reservation up to 1 week
o $275 minimum past 1 week up to per month
Not Permitted:
• No dogs under 12 months old must be housebroken, neutered, or spayed.
• The following breeds (and any mixes thereof) are not allowed:
Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull (any mix), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog hybrid. We reserve the right to decline any dog for any reason.
Rules While On Property:
• Dogs must be leashed and restrained at all times outside the unit.
• Dogs MUST BE carried in the common areas of the property UNTIL off the premises of the condominium property. This usually means onto the sidewalk in front of the property.
• Dogs are not allowed in the pool area.
• All dog walks must take defecation off the association property. The city property is usually the sidewalk and away from the property.
• Per County Ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach.
• Excessive barking will result in eviction of the dog, guests, and renters from the property.
Service Animals (defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities) and Emotional Support Animals (“Emotional support animal” means an animal that does not require training to do work, perform tasks, provide assistance, or provide therapeutic emotional support by virtue of its presence which alleviates one or more identified symptoms or effects of a person's disability) are welcome. HUD also defines Assistance Animals as “An assistance animal is an animal that works, provides assistance, or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability, or that provides emotional support that alleviates one or more identified effects of a person's disability. Hello! We are Jeff and Gina Paglialonga, owners of Jeff and Gina Properties.
Our love story and our love for travel both began decades ago. High school sweethearts, University of Florida graduates, and happily married for 40 years, we've built a life centered on faith, family, and fun. Together, we've raised four children, now enjoy five grandchildren, and have traveled to six of the world's seven continents—experiences that have shaped not only who we are, but how we serve others.
Jeff has also owned and operated an Allstate Insurance Agency, earning the company's highest distinction, Top in Country. That dedication to service, trust, and excellence carries through everything we do.
Today, we personally own and manage vacation rental properties in St. Pete/Clearwater, New Smyrna Beach, and North Carolina. By combining complementary skill sets with a shared passion for hospitality, we've built a business grounded in thoughtful service, attention to detail, and genuine care for every guest experience.
Building from that passion, we launched Teeming Cruises, born from our lifelong love of travel and connection. Guided by the same values that shape our family and vacation rental business, Teeming Cruises offers an all-in-one platform where travelers can easily explore and book large-ship, small-ship, river, and expedition cruises.
