Looking for a cozy, peaceful getaway with unobstructed ocean views? This condo has amazing views facing the Monterey Bay - Great for Sunrises! Let us host you in our recently upgraded 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath home with a Weber BBQ 3200! Fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, free local & long distance calling! Serene sea breezes, over the most pristine & secluded beach on Monterey Bay. Truly a home away from home!

We have a brand new Sealy Posturpedic King bed in the master bedroom, along with a new love seat in the living room. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed with a set of Bunk-Beds, perfect for the kids! All new bedding throughout the condo, and new cookware in the kitchen!

Our third floor condo enjoys wonderful ocean views & lots of light. Fall asleep comfortably to the sound of the waves outside your windows! The vaulted ceilings and high windows allow for that natural light to come in and brighten up the space!

Nearby Tennis Courts, or ask us to set up a beach volleyball game! Basketball courts, walking trails, lagoon, birds, whale & dolphin watching & more.
Pickle-ball is on the rise! Visit our guest services office for free sports equipment available for renter use. We have equipment ranging from tennis rackets, basket balls, volleyballs, and more! Our office is on site with full service teams to assist you with anything that may come up during your stay. We also have a Gift Store with groceries, beer & wine, sundries and souvenirs and more. Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Return furniture to its original location. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We have been coming to Pajaro Dunes Resort every year for the last 10 years. Our stay at Pajaro Dunes was truly amazing, with breathtaking ocean views that took our breath away. Waking up to the sound of crashing waves and witnessing stunning sunsets made our experience unforgettable.

Girls trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our first stay at Pajaro resort~ our condo was clean, beds were comfortable, view was amazing, we wanted to watch dvds, staff had a player installed for us within an hour, we had trouble figuring out the remote, staff was very helpful and friendly in getting it working. Well stocked, extremely happy with our stay, will definitely be returning!

Great Condo and Location

We are 3 retired sisters who have stayed at Pajaro Dunes several times. This is the best 2 bedroom/2bath unit so far. It is super clean and updated, with comfortable beds and furniture, and a great kitchen, all on one floor. And it has the best ocean view with easy access to the wonderfully flat beach. The only downside for some may be the ramp and stairs required to enter the unit. We loved it.

Beautiful ocean view

The property was very clean and beautiful. The only thing about the whole stay that was dissapointing was that pajaro dunes lists that they have a pool and hottub. This rental is not on the same pajaro dunes resort that includes the hot tub and pool, which was devastating to find out, as that was the main reason i chose this location.

Best we've encountered

I've been coming to Pajaro Dunes for more than 20 years. Shorebirds 92 is the very best unit we've ever encountered. Spectacular views, quiet surroundings, and the most tasteful design we've seen. It more than lives up to the lovely photos. Extra bonuses included high-quality cookware, helpful food storage containers (so many rental units don't stock these), a games cabinet we made good use of, and a push-button "fireplace" aka heater that was the right cozy touch for the chilly but sunny weekend. Definitely can tell that the owners didn't outfit this unit with "rental-grade" things, but made it really nice. We loved it. Thank you!

We have been going to Pajaro dunes since I was a kid, I’m now 62! My siblings and I have continued the tradition our parents started years ago and it’s where the four of us gather annually. The views from the condo were spectacular and we had the most amazing sunsets! We did take it upon ourselves to clean out both bathroom shower drain traps because they were totally clogged with grime and sand. The shower would not drain at all. Housekeeping should add this to their task list after each occupancy.
