Extremely clean, decorated well, walking distance to Pier Park and other good eateries and shopping. Been coming for years and the condo is probably one of our favorites. Liked everything about it.

Very well kept and comfortable! The large master bathroom was my favorite and the shower had amazing water pressure! I also loved the large balcony with a beautiful view!

We would definitely stay here again. Our kids went with us and they each had their own condo in the same complex and they could not get over how nice ours was. The deck size is amazing. It held all seven of us very comfortably.Lots of restaurants within walking distance

Loved our time here. Right on the beach is always great. The balcony was amazing. Great communication with the hosts when we needed anything. We came during the off season so all the nearby restaurants and shops were not crowded. Beach chairs and umbrella being included was so nice. Heated pool was advertised but it was still pretty chilly! Overall, great place to stay.

Amazing room and view!!

We stayed in Aqua 408 and it was wonderful. The views from the balcony were amazing. The patio furniture was so nice. This condo exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, had lots of towels and extra blankets, and there were hooks everywhere so you could hang stuff up. It was truly a wonderful week in a very convenient condo. Walking distance to everything made it even better. There were never long lines at the elevators and the pool and hot tub were never crowded. I will definitely stay here again.

We had the BEST week in Aqua 408. It is perfect. Just like the pics. The CLEANEST condo I have ever stayed in by far! I swept on the 3rd day-and nothing was on the floor! It’s a beautiful condo and the cleaning team does a fantastic job. Love the fridge-it’s big and holds a ton! The balcony is great-we could all 4 sit outside comfortably. **When we checked in, they even had little creatures made with the towels on the beds to show the room was cleaned. It’s the details that matter!!**Aqua’s property as a whole is beautiful! The pools are kept clean every morning. The beach in front is great-not packed and has nice, CLEAN people staying here. We loved that no one was smoking at the resort so there weren’t cigarette butts everywhere. The elevators were not super slow-& we loved the fact there were several of them so if there was a line for one elevator you could always walk to another end and go up a different one. We never waited over a couple minutes for an elevator. Parking was great in the parking garage-you never get in a hot car! It is literally the most convenient location. You have Walmart, Pier Park, so many eating places within just a few miles either way you go. Any time I needed anything I just text the mgmt company and they replied asap. Aqua 408/Warren Beach Rentals will be our only PCB option from now on!

Aqua 408 has everything you need and everything was in excellent condition. The condo was very clean and well cared for. Management was very informative and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed the included beach chair service. Also, we appreciated the excellent balcony furniture. We spent hours enjoying the balcony. All in all a big thumbs up to the owners and the management of the condo and the condominium building.

Great place to stay!

We cam to PCB for the first time and spent a lot of time researching where we wanted to stay. We were not disappointed! The check in was a breeze, the condo was clean (so clean!) and the decor was tasteful! The view was a 10 and the most surprising out of everything was the fact that we were never really waiting for the elevator. I think it was because we were on the 4th floor. The area was great and easy to get to all the hot spots. Overall a great experience!

Summer vacation getaway August 2023

The property was just as beautiful as described and it was so clean and welcoming when we arrived. Beds were comfortable,and view was amazing! Location is awesome as u can walk to almost any type of restaurant and that made it so easy because you didn’t have to constantly get in the car and deal with traffic. The owners were super responsive and always quick, never more than a few hours and when we first arrived I had a few questions and they were answered immediately. I would definitely use them again for my stays in Florida. I would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic property

Simply gorgeous condo, exactly as described. The only issues were a slightly dirty toilet when we arrived, and not being able to control the thermostat. We didn't want it cooler, just needed to continue adjusting up. We do understand the humidity issues in the area, though. Would definitely stay again!
