Gas dock located just minutes away at the El Faro Dock station. We are Conveniently and centrally located with various food options and 10 minutes from beautiful Sombrero Beach.

Expansive open floor plan designed to capture and enjoy coastal living. Two bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Master bedroom offers Queen size bed, large walk-in closet.
Flat screen TV and En-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower as well as tub in separate room with Bluetooth Bathroom mirror with speaker and Lights. Guest bedroom
2 is also large with walk-in closet and Queen size bed. There is a full-size shower bathroom just outside the door.

First floor: you will find the 3rd Guest room with Queen size bed. There is also a 4th bedroom with Queen size sofa bed, TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and dishes.
Full size bathroom also on first floor along with a half bath as well. Each one of the first-floor rooms share a large patio.

excellent for making days trips to explore the Upper and Lower Keys!

Max occupancy: 8 people total.

There is sufficient parking for several vehicles and boat trailer. A local boat ramp is just a few blocks away at Dodge Lake, corner of Aviation and Harbor Drive. The property can hold up to 4 vehicles if no trailer, if bringing a trailer then up to 3 vehicles plus trailer. NO RVS OR MOTORHOMES PLEASE. 

This home is designed for people who love to be on the water and fish. It has a bait freezer, fish-cleaning station and grill just waiting for your catch!  

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other watercrafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed.
