Lovely place in a premium lakefront location! I stayed for a few nights with my little Westie in late September, and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck, walks around the lake, and kayaking with the swans. I miss Lake Junaluska already!

Clean and great location. Good view of the lake and perfect for the two of us for the week. Kitchen is well equipped and plenty of linens and towels.

This property is very well appointed. There was not a kitchen item that we didn't need that wasn't there. Each item was high quality. The entire property was very clean and efficient for a cozy stay.

Cozy space for two as close to the Lake as you can get. All the amenities and you could imagine, and some that will surprise. A friendly, excellent hostess who thinks of everything. Highly recommended.

Perfect Get Away

Such a perfect get away for the hustle and bustle of life! We came on off season and it was still beautiful and accomodating. Clean and comfortable. The communication was excellent with the property manager and they were more than helpful. Looking forward to coming back to the little lake house!

Cozy apartment in perfect location

Overlooking Lake Junaluska is so delightful! We normally stay in this host’s larger home rental, which we enjoy. Since this was a shorter (6 night) stay, we opted for this smaller accommodation and we loved it. It was everything we wanted! We’ll be back, for sure. Host Carolyn is always available and anxious to please.

The property on its own was comfortable and well equipped. our problem stemmed from the fact that we were all seniors(70,78, and 80 yrs) getting ourselves in and out was very challenging. It was raining consistently when we arrived and during our stay. There was a minivan parked in the driveway which made it very difficult to go in and out on a daily basis. Getting our bags in and out was also a challenge. The driveway need to be leveled and paved, the bushes/flowers needed to be trimmed, we got a shower whenever passing by them. It would be nice to let prospective renters see the access to the accommodation before committing to renting. We loved the location and proximity to the Conference center. Getting in and out was a nightmare.

Regarding the vehicle in the driveway — that space is reserved for guests in the house located on the property. However, we truly appreciate your comment, and we’ve updated our parking policy to help make things easier for future guests.
